We have been going to Eye Care One since my 25 year old daughter was in kindergarten and needed her first pair of glasses.
I can’t imagine going anywhere else. My husband’s employer gives an allowance for safety glasses and and switched providers and Eye Care One isn’t one he’s able to use anymore. After one visit to new office he said nope not going there. I’m going to Eye Care One even if I have to pay for the glasss myself.
I don’t know some of the newer people but Cindy, Patty, and Mike are all amazing and a great help when picking out new frames. As long as they are there I will never go anywhere else!

Have been a patient for many, many years and have always had great service, until today. I’ve been wearing glasses for 40+ years, never have I had a pair of frames or lenses deform and craze because of heat. With a recent trip to Florida this is exactly what happened. The frames were deformed and the lenses looked like someone took sand paper to them. I brought them in to Eye Care One in Spring Lake only to be told “ Yeah heat can do that”. Their only solution was to pay $680 for a new set of glasses. With my prescription in hand I left the store very disappointed. I went online and found the exact frames and lenses from Lens Direct and for $144 I was able to replace my Crizal progressive lenses and Dragon Alliance frames. Next time I’ll most likely pay for ECO’s $40 insurance policy however I opted out because I literally have never lost or had glasses damaged by the sun in 40 years. I do know that when they slide the quote across the table that I will definitely be shopping the internet and other stores and saving $536.

The people at Eye Care One are fabulous! Always so kind and friendly. There are several of them that have been there for MANY years and that says something about the way they must treat their employees. They all work well together and seem to get along. I love this place! Highly recommend?

I called here yesterday to schedule an appointment because I had some concerns about one of my eyes. To my surprise, I was able to be seen the same day. The receptionist was kind and compassionate about my situation. Once I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff. The doctor was so kind and thorough and answered all of my questions.
