Impressed by the speed and efficiency of the two young ladies working the drive-up and counter. It is a small operation, with 5 or 6 tables inside and about the same number of customer parking spots. The same number of spots are reserved for order pick-up. The drive-up service was very busy, and yet these two young ladies easily kept up with the demand. Impressed!

Ordered to pick up on the App. App said the food was ready but I waited for 20 minutes inside the store waiting for my food. The manager was in a horrible mood and just throwing food on the counter and rolling her eyes at customers. Probably won't be back to this specific location ?

Employees can't count correctly nor assemble orders correctly. please hire new people , I'm tired of paying for my full order and it being incorrect every time.

I think they need a new manager here.The staff were extremely overwhelmed, have zero time management skills and beyond un prioritized and unorganized.I ordered just three fountain drinks and a fry and the girl in the window didn’t know our order and was just a mess and it was just chaos going on behind her.Drive-through line all the way to savage.Will not stop at Spring Lake McDonalds ever again.

Really gone downhill a lot in the past 10 years. Forget the things about ice cream machines and shake machines. McDonald’s hook was for kids. Play places and happy meals.How many people remember from the 80s when you could song the whole menu for a free menu item? Aplastic record that came in the newspaper.Looks like a depressing symbol for those kids who grew up to look at and be depressed. Lack of colors looks like a 1980s corporate office.Most of the people there are good to work with, but the newer employees are newer generation they’re rude, and now that you can’t get free refills see treated me and the employee I was talking to poorly for even asking for one . Little blonde pudgy male manager in his 20s. I wanted to reach over the counter and shake him.I used to go all the time with my kids. It was a place where you could let them unwind in the wintertime and a quick place to grab an ice cream cone as a reward for doing a good job. Nowadays, we go for a quick bite, but it shouldn’t cost $65 for four people eat at a fast food restaurant.Nobody ever goes inside. No kids are ever playing, nobody smiling. They don’t even want to speak to a real person. They want you to order from the machines and then bring your ticket to the counter.And why is the original menu from 20 years ago secretly hidden don’t order a quarter pounder without using the word deluxe or you’ll get some piece of meat with bread on it and nothing else really.

Absolutely 100% dissatisfied. Have never gone for breakfast and came home in a bad mood. I show the guy working what I was picking up and he proceeds to tell me he cannot give me my order bc I didn't have the phone I ordered with, on me. As it is my finances and she placed the order for us, he then was corrected by his manager bc obviously that makes no sense. Afyer bagging my order with a sarcastic smile and laugh he asks me why I have an attitude, and quite frankly it's because I'm disgusted to see the work ethic of my generation as poor as it is. The "manager" whom I believe is the little Asian girl is absolutely unprofessional, and incompetent for the position. Constantly on her phone and rude to just about everyone. How she is still employed is beyond me, even for McDonald's standards. Will not be back to this location as I would never have had this experience in Fruitport, and it's just as close to my place. Ps Am home now and it looks as if they chucked my food into the bag like trash. Was simply disappointed in the service and encounter but it seems as though they took there frustrations out on not only me, but my food as well. Just sad.

Used to love this outlet but due to changes in staff, we don't get any service with a smile.The Asian girl is rude and doesn't do her work with a passion. She's always texting & does calls, not during her break.They take forever to get your "simple" order ready, despite the emptiness and not during lunch crowd.

The people there need raises the place needs a complete degreasing the floors need cleaned and the area stinks like sewage backup.Small parking area not even large enough as well as small dining area.Bad location and should never have been built there and no space for a Burger King across from it.

If I could give a zero star I would. I got fries and ranch with my order. When I got home and opened my bag there was leftover trash in my fries. Also the fries were cold and they charged me for ranch... When did they get so cheap to charge for condiments. Also their ice cream machine was down, of course.
