About North Shore Marina Inc
North Shore Marina Inc. is a highly regarded boating facility known for its exceptional service and professionalism. Customers consistently praise the marina's accommodating staff, led by the capable management team of Tom, Nicole, and others. The marina's wide range of contract services and attention to detail impress visitors, though some note occasional delays due to staffing challenges.
Despite the marina's location on the "wrong side" of Grand Haven, making travel to town a bit of a chore, customers agree that the quality of service more than makes up for the inconvenience. Customers particularly appreciate the expertise of the service manager, Jim, who ensures that all repairs and maintenance are carried out to the highest standards.
The marina's friendly and knowledgeable staff, including the boat selling agent Brian and the manager Jill, further contribute to the overall positive experience. Customers express their satisfaction with the marina's facilities and their intention to return in the future.
