The store was dirty. When I told the Mgr that the floors looked like they hadn't been swept in weeks, she said Rite Aid (the company) canceled the cleaning contract. It shows.Also, the glass door coolers have been out of service for a long time.Fix it, or sell it to Walgreens.

11/28/2022Mind numbing experience out of body experience dealing with the pharmacy. Dr Calls Script in, pick up in pm.Go for retrieval, out of stock. "sorry, we don't have that after all. we will order and have for you-tomorrow."Go for retrieval, out of stock. "Not delivered, maybe tomorrow. Who knows?"Have spent a zillion dollars at that "neighborhood" store buying local shopping local. The indifference at the situation was staggering. "oh well, guess you can call around for what you had your dr. call here to prescribe"..I'm dumbfounded how the seeming organization entrusted to coordinate life saving medicines can be so cavalier with their disregard for their customer base. On life and death issues like medicines? Wow. Caveat Emptor for sure!

The store itself is fine - a typical rite aid. I’m giving 2 stars for the pharmacist. The other pharmacy employees are great but the female pharmacist is rude. She doesn’t look at you when she’s talking, she gives short one word answers and never smiles. I’ve had multiple interactions with her and work in the medical field myself. I understand maybe there are staffing issues or whatever but that doesn’t allow someone to be rude to consumers/patients. I don’t know if additional training will help - it may just be her overall demeanor and attitude that is disappointing.

There are a few negative reviews here and thought I'd maybe counter this with some positivity. I've been coming here for years with no negative experiences and was able to successfully complete my agenda for coming here. A family of 5 using the pharmacy regularly and they've always been helpful and kind to me.

Asked if they had a particular over the counter med. Was told I needed to speak to the pharmacist who was on the phone. Was asked to wait. I then heard the pharmacist SCREAM that she was on lunch break. I decided to go to another store. On my way out I heard one cashier belittling another for an error. Seems like a toxic environment that lacks professionalism. Won’t be back

What a horrible experience! Rude, unhelpful and unfriendly people. The pharmacist that was working on Saturday, July 30 (around 2 ish) is THE WORST!! Such a sad human being. Unfortunately this has not been my first bad experience at this location, which is unfortunate because I live in Spring Lake.On a positive note, the pharmacist on Henry St. (Victoria) is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! So helpful and empathetic.

Always very helpful, courteous, and responsive. I think they're having staffing issues, like everyone else, but they do very well with the limited resources they have! Grateful to have them in my neighborhood!

I just wanted to write to tell you about Sierra, who checked me out today. I had been having a bad day, alone for the weekend and she was so sweet and funny, she made my day. She told me a story that made me belly laugh so hard that I had tears in my eyes and I could barely make out her name tag when I looked. So if I messed up her name, I’m sorry. But she’s hilarious and she should tell her stories on Tik Tok or America’s Got Talent. She’s a gem. Thank you!

This pharmacy is the worst we've ever used. They must hire the most unfriendly people they can find. Crossing the bridge for our meds is sounding better and better!! I truly dread going there to pick up prescriptions.....sad!! One would think that those working there would read the reviews and wake up. Better yet, corporate office should get rid of them all and start over!

Made multiple trips here to pick up a prescription that my Dr's office confirmed was accepted from this pharmacy, but was then informed upon pickup that I would have to wait an hour, when it should of been ready after the first attempt to pickup. The pharmaceutical team are dull and unfriendly and make up every excuse you can think of. Go elsewhere!

I tried using wrong aid as my pharmacy. Staff was rude when I asked a question. I called corporate and they made excuses for the staffs behavior at the sprung lake store. I quit wrong aid. I'm a happy meijer fan now.

I went to this Rite Aid for my COVID booster. I had scheduled an appointment for my shot. When I arrived I was the only person at the pharmacy counter and I still had to wait 15 minutes. The person who gave me my shot was extremely rude and abrupt. I tried asking a question and she would interrupt me. I have never had a shot hurt so much and now 4 days later, the area where I received the vaccine is still tender to touch. I will never ever go back there!
