“I just got started this weekend. I read your note and it said that you will charge me for the lock if I used it. I wasn't told there was a charge. She just gave it to me to get started. I have plenty I could use. However, we opened it before we saw your sign. You may have it back. I do not want to pay for something that was given to me.
