The trainers here have ISSA certifications...which is an online certification.... though it's not right to judge a trainer based off their certificate.. I would be cautious in purchasing any of their services. Also, no one wears masks at this location, not even the employees.

Really nice staff, not overly pushy when it comes to classes and the gym is way cleaner than a lot of the other gyms in the area!

They should be closed. If you ring the bell, they will let you in to use equipment. Sad. Can not follow the law.

Watch out for hidden fees, especially the yearly "maintenance fee" they don't tell you about when you sign up. When you question your bill you are met with obstinence and rudeness by owner Kim. Not very customer friendly. Took my business to the aquatic center where they are much more friendly.

Watch out for all the hidden fees, especially the yearly "maintenance fee". Owner, Kim is very unfriendly and rude. Not recommended at all. Spring Lake Aquatic Center is much better with many more amenities.

I recently had a bad experience dealing with the owner Kim Vonkaenel regarding a cancellation request to terminate my month to month membership. I was told that I needed 30 day written request to term my membership. I have no issue with that. However I moved and do not have any need for this service because of my new location. I attempted to request Kim to allow me to have the end of my membership be canceled at the end of this month. She explained to me that I have already been billed for January and will also be billed for February too! I explained to her that when signing up I was given a weeks worth of membership for free because I told her that I didn't think it was fair to be pro rated for a couple days before the new month started. I asked her to extend that same kindness and not bill me for a full month in February and she replied to me that these are the terms and that she's running a business. I explained to her that she's the owner and has last say on how her business is run and ultimately has the power to not charge me a month of service that I will never use. She explained to me that she has to “pay her bills†I said that I doubt a 40 dollar debit from my account will crash her business and send it into bankruptcy. I understand that she has the right to bill me, however those fees go towards me using equipment and cleaning etc. for me actually using the facility. I do not recommend anyone using this facility because of how she treated me and will anyone else having this same issue. If a 40 dollar fee is that important to her, and that she feels like it will take away from that business she's in the wrong business to begin with. Owning a gym and relying on the community to be a part of your business requires one to have a certain amount of the human factor to maintain customer loyalty and overall respect for their customers. I thought that being apart of this franchise I would be extended that respect. I was wrong and very disappointed with her outlook on her business. Especially when I referred multiple customers to her. Very sad.

The owner was EXTREMELY rude and obviously discriminates against certain people based on appearance. Not what I'm looking for when I go to work out, or when encouraging others to work out.

I love this Snap! Many pieces of equipment to hit every body part and types of training allows for a rigorous experience each time. The staff keeps it motivating and super clean!

Hands down the best gym for the price I've been a member of, almost solely for the fact that it's 24/hours, and has a lot of convenient locations. The equipment is always in good shape, the staff is familiar and friendly, and the facilities are well kept.

I've gone to 4 fitness facilities in the past, including Norton Pines, and this gym beats them all. It is very clean, and the staff is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and everyone in the facility is friendly. All the equipment is in excellent condition and from what I observe, they meet a wide variety of needs. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Snap Fitness is a really nice gym, it's kinda small but it's not super busy usually so you can still get on all of the equipment you need. You get a discounted rate if you sign up with a partner or family!
