The space was stunning and the hospitality that the entire team showed me was unmatched. The events coordinator, Emily, was prompt and thorough with her communication leading up the event, and she went above and beyond on the day of the event to ensure everything went smoothly. She was very personable and organized! The rest of the team was efficient and always positive. “Great location and very pretty area. The place is starting to show signs of neglect from being understaffed possibly. Garbage left around pool from the day before, cobwebs. Not enough umbrella's on patio for shade.Beds in the room are comfortable but the pillows were terrible. Overall a nice stay. Would recommend asking for a pool side room as the other side is just a parking lot.”

“I used Trillium for an off-site work open house with appetizers and drinks. The food was great. I especially liked the non-standard spinach dip and homemade chips but their cheese display looked fabulous and their meatballs were some of the best I've had. Randy was easy and nice to work with and overall the event went well. I'd certainly call them again if I'm looking for a caterer in that area. I'm from Kalamazoo so took a chance on them based on their other good reviews and I'm glad I did!”
