The entire crew was amazing from start to finish. It did take a little more than a month a half for everything to be done but this was also during the holidays, so was to be expected. They truly went above + beyond when I picked up a freshly cleaned car first thing in the morning and was only expecting to pick up a fixed car. My uncle, who is a mechanic, suggested that West Michigan Auto Body would be his first choice after I hit a deer and completely ruined the front of my car. I’m very happy that I listened and will recommend them to everyone who is in need of body work.

I can’t say enough great things about West Michigan Auto Body! I hit a deer only a month after buying a brand new car and they assured me it would be as good as new again. They were so friendly and kept me updated every step of the way. I don’t want to be a repeat customer but I would if needed. Thank you to everyone at West Michigan Auto Body.

My step daughter got into a front end collision and was extremely upset. She works all summer making money for college. She was worried all her money would be spent on the repair. We called West Michigan Auto Body and they said have it towed right over. When we got there, we asked that they fix it so it was safe, not cosmetically perfect. They did a wonderful job of replacing a busted strut and putting it all back together so it was safe to drive. They did their best to bang out the dents and secure the bumper, we think it looks great! They got it done quickly and my daughter still has plenty of money for school! She was very happy! They will have all my business moving forward. Thanks for being an honest and fair shop, and working with us!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Originally agreed to replace a bumper and paint to match. After two months of waiting I offered to try and get the parts to which they agreed would be fine. I double checked that I could get the parts and called back saying that was how I would like to proceed, at that point they decided they no longer wanted to do the job. The only reason I was given was because matching the color was too difficult and Dawn had "a bad feeling". If you dont want to do a job state that day one, not two months later.Service: Body & Trim
