Truck had trans issues, didnt seem like they wanted the work. Was told the trans fluid was clean turns out its black. Will not return to this shop. (Other shops were able to find codes)

I was incredibly impressed. I called and got a quote over the phone, and I was scheduled for the next day to have work done. I had my truck back so fast! The people there were super nice and professional!

Great customer service. I lost 4th,5th and 6th gear so I took my transmission to All Star for a total rebuild. Was done within the time that was quoted and no surprise costs. They went above and beyond making sure my transmission worked as good as new or better with updated clutches from the manufacturer. It's been over a month and my transmission is shifting and functioning better than it did before it broke. I highly recommend All Star and will definitely use them in any future needs.

I wanna give a huge shout out to All Star Transmission for their customer service! My truck went to their shop with a suspected transmission issue. After diagnosing it was discovered the PCM was bad. Work completed by the shop in a timely manner. Picked my truck up , ran fine for 1/2 the day, then started acting up again. Took it back down and had a code for bad PCM again. Instead of BS’ing me and taking more of my money they were honest and said there is probably an electrical issue and recommended another shop to do the work. They then called that shop to make arrangements, hired a tow company, and then told they were refunding 100% of my money because the issue wasn’t fixed. (Yes I tried getting them to keep some of the money and did request that they keep whatever the cost associated with the tow bill as well) It’s rare to find customer service like that and I will be a customer for life with that service (hoping I have no future transmission issues, but if I do). If you need transmission I highly reccomend this shop.Services: Transmission

Considering everyone everywhere is backed up, it did take a while to get my van in. But, once it was in, transmission rebuild was done in less than a week. She's running smooth again.

Best auto service experience. Brenda was very helpful and honest explaining what had to be done to my car. They got it fixed and ready to go sooner then expected, which was very nice. They are truly kind and a professional business. They explain what needs to be fixed and answer any questions so it's easily understood. I would highly recommend All Star Transmission and definitely go back!
