We’ve never left a bad review before, but what happened with Ben Behnke today was unacceptable. We booked a load from California to Michigan and were promised it. Instead, he sent it to the wrong carrier, who accepted it. When we asked him to correct the mistake, he refused and claimed the other carrier was already on site. They admitted that they made the mistake by sending it to another carrier, but refused to fix it, and wasted our truck’s time — costing us money and showing zero accountability.
On top of that, he threatened not to work with us again. When I mentioned leaving a review, his response was arrogant and unprofessional. Ben Behnke repeatedly used foul language on the phone, dropping the F-word multiple times — completely unacceptable behavior in a professional setting.
This is not how a professional or honest company should operate. Shippers and customers — be warned.

Employer lets the employees take how there semi then block parking lots so people can’t leave and the city limits is no place to bring your semi home. Employee was rude and used vulgar language completely disrespectful and unprofessional

Great company to work for, I was reigional and I was home almost every Friday. Sometimes Saturday morning then leave Monday morning. Dispatch can be short but they'll always get you to your backhaul in a pretty timely manner. If you keep your head down and work nobody will hassle you over it here. Atmosphere is very laid back and management treats you with respect. I would've stayed longer but I'm moving. If you have around a year experience I'd highly recommend them. Teamsters union is a huge bonus aswell and the company wants you to join them.

When I told them they are way under paying me for this industry I’ve been doing for 4 years now just moving back into the area ! They let me do two more loads that excorted from the semi when I got back from delivering said there terminating me for defending myself!
Never thought this world would become so immoral and unconstitutional!
Very sad
Taking advantage of their accountss and drivers !

The drivers think they are entitled to go around someone that’s being safe at GPI LC Howard specially the driver of Truck 5 which has no right being behind a wheel he almost hit me and two other trucks trying to go around a turn inside of where we were. I had to stop a driver from going after the guy because I told him is job isn’t worth losing for a worthless driver of his company. If this is the type of drivers they hire then definitely not the kind you want to deal with

This is a second chance company like Western Express. If you decide become a driver here, I highly recommend joining the union. The union representatives here actually look out for the driver. The office staff is nice. Dispatch is like most large companies.

Just want to give a huge shout out to the professional driver of yours that I encountered today 7/23/21. We were on US 20 in Indiana between Angola and Lagrange. This driver was headed east and I was westbound. He blew a driver side steer tire @ 55 mph and was completely on the rim. The driver started to come across centerline head on at me (Small shoulder and I was loaded @ 79000# so I couldn’t get over to far)but was able to get it under control and came to a complete safe stop before something bad happened. Unfortunately I was not able to get a truck or trailer number but just wanted to let you know what a true professional and talented driver you have on your team. Hope all is well with the driver.
