Early this morning we had our water softner regen into our kitchen which was a disaster. We were certain there was a clog somewhere as half the house was draining fine. We had a plumbing company refer us to DR drain given our situation. Michael from DR drain arrived at our house about 2 hours after we called for an appointment. He was kind, quick, and insightful as to how this happens and how to prevent it. I highly recommend DR drain and am very pleased with their service. What a lifesaver

Called for service around 9 am; the technician, Michael arrived by 10:15 am. We answered a few questions and before long the house had fully working toilets! Micheal was on his way in alittle over an hour. He was polite and thorough in cleaning up after the work was completed. Definitely would hire again!

I called and talked to Tiffany when I was leaving work about a plugged drain I had at my home. I only live 20 minutes away from my work and DR drain was pulling in my driveway when I got home. A nice, clean local company. I will never use anyone else. 5 stars!

They are the finest company around. I have two houses that they service. One twenty miles from the other. They made two trips to each. They kept with me until they solved the problem. The owner of the Company, and his wife called me. They, and their first rate crew solved all of my problems. They don’t know me. I needed help so I asked a company that I have known for twenty years. We can’t say thank you enough! ?? Highly recommended!!! Trace was excellent and very knowledgeable to help put our minds at ease. When the backup happened at almost 10pm, Tiffany was able to set up an appointment first thing the next morning. Drain is now cleared thank goodness but unfortunately now time to dry out and replace the flooring.

We had sewage coming up from our floor drain. I called and Trace (and later on Keith) come out and they cleared the clog and suggested future-proofing ways for me to avoid the problem going forward. They were both very respectful and kept me in the loop the entire time.
I do not wish this type of problem on anyone, but if you run in to it -- reach out to them. They will do you right.

Dan, the owner responds immediately and takes personal responsibility for providing fast service and taking care if every detail to assure that your issue is resolved and that you are completely satisfied. The technicians that arrive at your home are friendly, knowledgeable and take pride in investigating your issue, and completely explaining what they have found and addressing it. Before they leave, they are make sure that their work area is completely cleaned up. We have used them more than once and were particularly impressed with Michael, although all who have been here did an outstanding job

These gentlemen are phenomenal. We have had them out repeatedly. They are always professional and are happy to answer any questions you have. They did an amazing job lining our drain a few years ago and did an amazing job over the last couple days trying to sort out what was going on in our line. I'll never call anyone else for drain problems. I can't recommend them enough.
