Excellent, prompt service from the DR people when our kitchen sink drain--long a problem--completely clogged up one morning. Drainer Josh called ahead and came to the house with his truck full of equipment before noon. Within an hour he had cleared the whole kitchen drain system, which had never been done before in our 30 years in our house. Many thanks! --JC

DR Drain was able to schedule my appointment for the same day I called in. Unfortunately I wasn't going to be home so they rescheduled me without a problem. Michael was prompt and courteous. He was able to diagnose my toilet drain issue and repair it very quickly. Thank you DR Drain!

Can’t say enough great things about DR Cleaning and their staff. I am not mechanically inclined, but they listened carefully while I, to the best of my ability, explained the issue. Then they explained what needed to happen and got to work…and did not stop until the problem was repaired/resolved.

I'm amazed by my service yesterday. I called with a concern and they sent someone out in an hour. The gentleman who did the repair work was kind, friendly, explained everything in terms I understood. It almost feels like a 5 star rating isn't high enough. Honestly, they provide old school customer service. So refreshing. We hold Drs and lawyers in high regard, I personally hold these folks in the highest regard!! Thank you so much for helping us. Price was exceptional as well. Best regards.

The DR team did a great job of listening to understand our issues and then discussed the progression of services that they could offer to best address the challenge starting with the least invasive and most cost effective options first. The team was friendly and knowledgeable.

We had a plugged toilet. DR Drain was recommended to us by Walter's Plumbing and they were out that very day. The technicians Michael and Trace were very nice and professional. My eventual resolution was a new toilet which Michael installed. Their magnet is on the side of my refrigerator for (hopefully not) a next time. Highly recommend.

Dan, Keith and Trey came over to fix what we thought was a simple plugged sewer line. It turned into a major project. We/they found that our sewer line was directly connected to, and downstream from, our neighbors house. The ancient trap and jury-rigged connection to our house was buried under our garage floor! Keith, and Trey cut through, excavated and pulled out the trap and replaced everything with PVC and added a clear out in the garage.They had a fantastic, positive and professional attitude, were exceptionally hard working, and were transparent about what they were doing. They adjusted their schedule when the scope of the project expanded.They were the best!

We were referred to DR Drain Cleaning by a local plumbing store. Dan answered our call, was courteous and able to schedule our service for the same day. Michael and Trace communicated when they would arrive. They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. They promptly cleared our clogged sink drain, explained the cause, cleaned up after themselves, shared prevention suggestions, and were done in less than an hour.They asked if we were first responders or veterans, gave us a veteran discount, and thanked my husband for his service. We were very pleased with them and their work and highly recommend DR Drain Cleaning.

They have fantastic employees that are very personable and friendly. We had an issue where our cast iron plumbing broke near the foundation wall. They were quick to help us solve a problem and relined 17 feet of cast iron that was below our stamped concrete patio so we did not have to trench any of our yard outside. They made time in their schedule to get it done within two days!! I would recommend them to anyone.

Keith and Trace from DR Drain did a phenomenal job with fixing the sewer system challenge we were having. They were kind and courteous, always texting or calling me to let me know they were on their way. They explained things well and were highly professional in what was not at all a fun job for them. What a pleasant experience. We had a plugged septic line and tried several other service providers and were met with appointments set and no show, no call. In calling DR I was told that their intention was to be out the same day and they were. The technician was competent and did his job in a short time with a complete explanation of all he was doing. Had an excellent experience. Had my kitchen sink drain cleaned as well as my sewer line. Given the amount of roots they pulled out, I was on borrowed time before I would have had water in my basement. Used to have RotoRooter do it but I threw their magnet away and will be using DR Drain Cleaning from now on.

DR Drain is highly recommended by us. We had a Friday night emergency back-up in a snowstorm and they responded quickly, then efficiently and effectively fixed the problem. They helped us understand what caused it and, carefully cleaned up afterward. It was reasonably priced for an after hours emergency service. Definitely a great resource!

I appreciate DR Drain Cleaning's timely communication and their service is top notch. They do a great job of explaining the issues at hand and the options available. We had an issue with a sewer line needing replaced, and they made an effort to get everything finished that evening, so we could run water in the evening. Keith and Dan provided great service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!
