“The people make the office. Everyone I've interacted there with have been amazing. I have a difficult prescription which is often hard to get adjusted. The first prescription wasn't quite right (I am older and my eyes are deteriorating as they do) but they didn't mess around when I explained the problem they indicated it couldn't be fixed with adjustments and got me an appointment for a new exam within a short period that worked with my transportation's schedule and walked me through the new glasses order and the changes suggested and made. The new glasses are amazing. All this considering I am on government insurance which over the years I've found usually means subpar service. I am now (assuming insurance allows it) a customer for life. :)”
