I have been with this storage unit for several years and it seems that when you need to speak with someone they NEVER return your calls after leaving messages ! When Mary-Lou was working at this business I NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES !! A double payment was taken out of my account for this month and I have been waiting for a refund , I was told by Ann it would be 7-10 days here we are 19 days later and Ann tells me I can pick up a check so I go to the office and she has cash and ONLY refunded me $159 when I paid $171 she says they can't refund the $12 insurance so I ask if that will be applied to next month and I DID NOT get a clear answer ! I will be taking my business elsewhere ! I have been with this storage unit for OVER 10 YEARS , I'M OVER IT 💁♀️

Tried calling numerous times with no answers. Left a message and received no call back. Showed up to the rental office to a locked building that looked to be unused for some time. Unsure if they are even truly open for business!

Anne was so kind and helpful. I have been renting from them for almost a year and needed to transfer to a larger unit and she helped me do so without much hassle and even went above and beyond to find me one not too far from my current to make moving go smoothly. ?
