Every time I redeem my points they still charge me. This place sucks and all they care about is grabbing your money. It is always a mess and it has seriously gone downhill over the past 6 months.
Would like to update my review:
MR confronted me regarding this review and cussed me out infront of my family at the register. He wouldn’t finish the transaction and just kept arguing with my husband, causing my kids to cry. We will NOT be returning.

I love this 7/11. The nicest, kindest workers. Even when people are rude to them, they are nothing but nice. By far the best 7/11 in the area.

The sweetest staff, always well mannered, clean, friendly, fun. Always open and available, I go there almost every night. The workers are kind and I know a few by name. I take my little brother with me because I know he’ll enjoy it. Awesome employees, especially Raj. Keep up the great work! 💕

Prepare to be scammed at every turn. You will be told you can grab a free slice of pizza when you buy a bottle of pop, and then they'll ring up the pizza anyway even after you say no. They have done this on multiple occasions, including to kids. They told my son to grab three free donuts and then charged him and took advantage of knowing that a kid would not call them on the scam. This location used to be one of the best 7-Elevens in the area, but there definitely appears to be new management. Stay away unless you want to be hassled and ripped off. It's sad that it has fallen that far. Good thing is that there is basically a 7-Eleven every few miles, because this one is the absolute worst.

I stop at this 7-eleven weekly since it’s close to my job, and every time I’m greeted with smiling employees! They are always friendly, joke with me, and are helpful. Everyone here is happy and that says something about the owner of this business. Always so clean!
