I'm been coming to this location for a while now and I appreciate that this location is clean and the staff is so helpful! The manager Quincy is new but very knowledgeable; you can tell he knows his stuff. Their studio is kinda tucked away which I like and the machines are newer too.

I have had nothing but a great time. I've saw results in less than expected time frame. a great suggestion for anyone looking to knuckle down in the area and get shredded

For the most part, I felt it was a reasonable gym. A couple items or note were that the showers were in need of deep cleaning. They were at an unacceptable level of cleanliness.
