“took my shark vacuum in at 11 am to have the cord replaced. It was done at 2 the same day and in addition to fixing the cord they took apart all components and gave it a good cleaning. I didnt realize how much suction the vacuum lost until it was cleaned out, it works like brand new now. That alone was worth the $40 for the cord replacement. Excellent service & prices.”

“I rent my place and a power outage caused my fridge to break down, but my freezer still worked. After watching videos and reading as much as I could to see what was wrong I decided it took more skill than I had. I rent, so I texted my landlord and they got me an appt with AOK. It was the weekend, so I wasn’t really surprised they couldn’t come until Tuesday, but they said they’d shoot for earliest for me. Logan got here and fixed everything so fast! He was so kind and joked with me, and explained what happened with my fridge and what the problem was. I couldn’t believe how quickly he got it all done, and the price was totally reasonable for what he did. He even told me to have a safe move (I’m moving at the end of the month). Thanks, Logan! I finally have my ice maker working again and everything is COLD! :)”

“Started by trying to get a fridge from Appliances4less. They brought me 2 broken refrigerators that did not get cold at all. I was promised I would have a working fridge on thanksgiving & that did not happen. I had my entire family over with no working fridge. It was horrible! Got my money back & got a working fridge from Ace. They removed the non working fridge with ease (which appliances4less somehow could not remove even though they got it in) after 2 weeks of not having a working fridge & throwing away groceries, I now have a cold working fridge. Thank you guys so much!”

“I went to this store as part of my search for a new sewing machine and wanted to check out the Janome brand. The store had a lot packed into it and I wish I'd felt up to really checking out the fabrics and other items. The associate started helping me and was very informative and encouraging, no pressure. I'm not sure if she was one of the owners, but I REALLY was comfortable with her. An owner also came out from the back at one point, and started helping as well, and she was also very pleasant and personable. No pressure, steered me to a few different machines. If I decide to go either route, this is the place I will definitely go to. I still plan on going back to check the merchandise.”

“This speciality business is a wholesale supplier for Heating contractors as well as customers as myself. They also provide a large selection of HVAC and refrigeration parts, supplies and equipment. All the clerks here know their stuff whether its small or large items. They are knowledgeable to cross reference an item either by a supplier catalog or their computer with inventory. Then one can shop in the organized warehouse to buy that special part to get the job completed with a repair or replacement. After checking at Home Depot, Lowe's plus Menards, I was unable to locate my items. I was referred to this company by a contractor friend. I stopped in here looking for 2 new white in color, cold register and 2 heat register(dampers) vents to replace in the living room at my parents house that I was repairing and fixing up for sale in September. Clerk "Matt " assisted me on my 1st visit when I purchased the 12 x 6 vents @ $11.50 each. Unfortunately, the old 1958 vents were 11 1/2 x 6 therefore too big. And by the way the old vents were so old and bad, I could not repaint them so I decided on new vents to accent the new restored and refinished hardwood floors to help sell the house upon walking in the front door. So on my 2nd attempt here, I was assisted by "Joseph" who gave me a refund and a great referral to another special sheet metal company down the way on Groesbeck. P. S. (Another review to create later on with them) humor :) Overall this business "Johnstone" is recommended by me since seeing is believing with a warehouse of organized, stocked with many aisles of merchandise for your heating and cooling needs whether a contractor or a resident in the Macomb County area. Thanks guys for trying to help assist my home project.”
