“I can not say enough great things about this company! Cam was an absolute legend and blessing. Let me start off by saying this, if you are thinking of purchasing newer appliances DO NOT DO IT! We thought it was a smart idea and we purchased a front load GE profile washer and dryer from LOWES 3 years ago. We did not purchase the warranty because why should I, they are new. Well thankfully we had the DTE plan though I was told that was a waste to have also. Anyway I have had my washer and dryer looked at a couple of times by other DTE contractors since purchasing them and still had issues with my washer and dryer. Right after the previous techs left. Cam came out and took the proper time to go over everything to get to the root of my problems on both my units. No fault of his the parts took a little bit to come in but that’s to be expected. I will highly recommend your company to anyone looking for appliance repair needs. Thank you again for everything.”

This manager went ABOVE and BEYOND as there were no more left at that price she got me a wheel barrel delivered the next day and made it right, I would go to this Home Depot any time. I know there is a great women running this Location and I know they short staffed she makes it work.Thank for all you did for my Benefit to be GREAT”
“I drive right by the ghetto Harper Woods location to get to this one. Friendly and helpful staff and they always have what I need. The appliance guy spent easily over 20 minutes with my wife and I picking out a perfect dishwasher. Don't find that kind of service much anymore.”

The delivery and installation team, John S. and Rob L., were truly outstanding. I have NEVER experienced an installation team that was this professional, courteous, welcoming, fast, and knowledgeable. They handled everything with care, answered my questions, and made sure everything was installed properly before they left.
