He spoke with Rick and man did he do a phenomenal job helping us in the store for our new washing machine. Not pushy, very direct and a pleasure to have worked with. We even ended up with a new dishwasher because the price was right, and Rick was such a gentleman!! So rare these days ?”

“I ordered a Wheel barrow that on line not once but twice it said it would be delivered. I called the manager told her what happened she apologized and said there were no more left at that price. She new I was upset as I waited for it to be shipped for 2 different days so asked if she could put me on hold for a few. This manager went ABOVE and BEYOND as there were no more left at that price she got me a wheel barrel delivered the next day and made it right, I would go to this Home Depot any time. I know there is a great women running this Location and I know they short staffed she makes it work.Thank for all you did for my Benefit to be GREAT”
“I drive right by the ghetto Harper Woods location to get to this one. Friendly and helpful staff and they always have what I need. The appliance guy spent easily over 20 minutes with my wife and I picking out a perfect dishwasher. Don't find that kind of service much anymore.”

“Amy from customer service saved the day. Their delivery drop the ball. I live in a condo complex. The driver dropped my purchase at a whole different part of my neighborhood. He took a picture of a tree. Not an address not a condo. But a tree. Anyway, Amy saved the day and made it right. I usually use the Macomb Twp HD. Utica is just as close. I will use that store now”
“I like the store it's got so many different product whatever you need for your house is available at home Depot The only things that location don't have to ask a question to the employee to let us know where the product is”
“Clean, well-stocked, and I found what I needed fast without getting lost too bad. They even have a bathroom (albeit inconspicuous). The only thing missing is a hotdog vendor out front. Then it’d be perfect. ??”
“Went into store to bring my proof I needed as instructed from when I filled out online I came with two other friends who were also interested in renting the young man that was there had good customer service he went to go get his manager girl with glasses very weird with horrible customer service I explained to her why I was there and she wouldn't look at me while I was talking or when she was talking to me then proceeded to say very rudely well the person who do that is gone for the day and it aint nothing but $100 you can come back or whatever thats not how you conduct business with potential customers makes me not want to rent anything from here and tell my friends not to as well.
Update : i recently gave them another try and the customer service was exceptional this time i updated my stars hand ?? clap to the delivery drivers and in store staff i appreciate the turn around it makes a big difference thank you”

“A plumber friend of mine reccomended I try here for my water heater part I needed. Went in and explained very poorly what i needed. The guys were able to decipher my nonsense and get the exact part i needed and I was able to install with zero issues. Will definitely be going back for all my plumbing needs”
