I called today to get an update on my AscensionRX transfer request to have my prescriptions sent over after setting up my employee account. The woman who answered the phone was so rude. I wanted to know if they had the medication in stock due to other pharmacies not having it in stock. She didn’t answer my questions about the transfer request I submitted but proceeded to cut me off saying what she couldn’t do.. which I have never heard before because I was doing this at my provider’s request and have done it several times prior.. I could have had it sent to the hospital I work at but this location is closer to my home. I was able to set up everything with the Providence location with no issues.. They updated my employee information/ insurance and even requested the medication I was sending over!

This hospital is the worst hospital I have ever been to it needs to be shut down. The hospital staff is rude and gets a attitude with you for no reason and you can't get one back cause you'll be the one getting kicked out.... My dad got his foot amputated and has gotten the worse care they forget to give him his pain medication, get annoyed when he calls them to ask for help and wouldn't even help him wash his hair or take a proper bath he had to do it himself. Seriously unless your dying avoid this hospital. I wish I could give it zero star's.

I would never recommend Ascension to anyone they are the worst insurance you could ever have. The cost, hidden fees and hoops you have to jump through just to reserve a test are horrendous. Also none of the employees are on the same page. You wait an hour for them to answer the phone, just to get a different reaponse everytime you call. Then when you get to the doctor's they are clueless, and just push you out the door. Please please take my advice, and many others don't pick Ascension for your health insurance. You'll be doing yourself a favor.

We were here tonight for my daughter having shoved a bead up her nose. We were taken back very quickly and the staff that helped us were amazing. I didn't get their names but one was a PA, another used to be a nurse at the children's hospital I believe and there were a couple other staff members that helped and showed so much compassion. I truly appreciate the staff that I've encountered while at this hospital. My daughter says "My nose is so happy now!" Thank you for taking care of her.

I went in Sunday morning with chest pain and heavy breathing, gasping for air and walked myself into the ER . I was taken right away and by 3 up in a room on the 7th floor. 711 bed 2 to be exact, I have to give a huge shout out to my nurse Kellie she was amazing!!!! That’s the first time besides having my two amazing children that I’ve been hospitalized and I was scared I won’t lie but Kellie took amazing care of me and she deserves some shout outs!!! She was amazing for everyone!!! Thanks girl!! Your a saint and an amazing nurse!!!! ?♥️

my fiancé had a serious problem and they refused to allow me in the room Noone should have to go through stuff alone his is possibly life threatening but it's not considered medical to allow me in the room

Poor communication and lack of coordination between staff, constant changes in staff (probably because of the holidays), some staff not good at communicating (though a few in step down are amazing, including Dan and Desiree). Allegedly a patient advocate is on each floor but we were never told about one and have not seen one in the two weeks we have been here. Called office for patient rights and they didn’t call back. The difference in care here from seven years ago to now is like day and night. Hospital became part of Ascention healthcare system since then. Reception staff needs customer service training.

this was the most terrible service for medical attention I've ever received, I believe the lady's name was Renee sellers, I would never have her assist me again making me feel like I was less of a person than her, and being extremely snobby.. very unprofessional will never go there again , and the place was dirty
