Went into the At&T store to get a replacement iPhone screen. I left the store with an upgraded iPhone for a great price, a much better insurance plan, and better autopay discount than the one I'd had. Sumaiya Kalamat was the person who helped me. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and she is honestly one of the best AT&T reps I've ever dealt with.

Johnathan Kadaat at the MI ST CLAIR SHORES AT&T store was amazing and went over and beyond to help me and my little brother. We had a AT&T account and we lost our mom last week and our phones was on her account AT&T wanted us to pay off our previous bill to separate our phone and Johnathan went over and beyond to help us I want to thank you and I appreciate you. It’s always the small things that can go along way. ??

We were Sprint customers for many years and decided to finally make the switch to AT&T for our phone, streaming and internet. Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed! We are beyond pleased with our cell service and the AT&T fiber is the best. Customer service and product satisfaction I would give 10 stars!

Don't switch you'll never get your gift card as promised. I tried every # possible to call and got the runaround the store will not help you either.

I had the same experience as some others in the reviews recently. I came in to upgrade my phone and they told me I could trade in my current phone for an $830 credit. Seemed like a great deal, until I saw my statement for this month. They added insurance packages that were not discussed at all and I did not agree to, so now I have to spend time on the phone with att to get this reversed. Also, no one mentioned that the credit wouldn’t be applied until 3 months later so I’m paying way more and not truly getting the deal for the entirety of my contract. The experience seemed great while I was in the store but looking back I feel like I got swindled.

Each of the workers, both times we visited, were quick and ready to help us at a moments notice. The second time we came, it was pretty busy, and the workers were able to help everyone efficiently, and we never felt like we weren't being paid attention to. Very thankful to the workers at AT&T on Greater Mack!

Went in to possibly upgrade two phones, after being offered a great deal from Verizon. Johnathan Kada and colleague (did not get name) came back with some great offers that would keep our bill the same. But...it was ALL A LIE. My first bill was $320!!!! Not ONE discount was applied. This includes a teacher discount ("No we don't need anything to confirm from you."), adding a line discount (a third line we did NOT need and added $130 to bill), and trade in discount. Emailed Mr. Kada who said he would "look into it" and then ghosted.Spent 3 hours on the phone with AT&T fixing this mess. Still have to pay $$ for this first bill.DO NOT TRUST what these salesmen sell you. I will never return to this store.UPDATE: Replied to the owner as requested below. Sent an email on 8/28 and....crickets.
