Excellent excellent customer service! Kevin G the manager is very helpful and very professional. The branch near my home I was going to for years is so busy you can’t even get anyone on the phone and have to make an appointment virtually for everything in advance. Those employees are very nice and it’s unfair that they seem so shorthanded all the time. I’m not going to put that location here but if someone will contact me, I will let you know.

The best staff! I walked in and was welcomed by both employees I saw in the building. The teller was so sweet and got everything I needed taken care of in less than 5 minutes. It wasn’t rushed, she just was that good at her job. Such friendly smiles, and a beautiful building inside and out. I love this Bank of America! Compared to other BofA in this area, this by far is the best one I’ve visited. Thanks for your welcoming staff and great service!

I am so thankful for the staff who helped me today! They accommodated me and my family, saving me a ton of stress! They were understanding, patient, informative and made a stressful situation much more pleasant. I wish I had gotten their names, but can't say enough about my gratitude for them!

Amela, Pam and the bank manager (cannot remember his name-sorry) were very helpful. They showed true interest in their job.The only con of the visit was the length of time it took. I’m not sure that computers and tablets made anything speedier, but stuff had to be done.I will absolutely use this location for all future banking.

Always friendly staff, usually not too crowded and if so it generally moves quickly. I would say the best times to go in would be mid day mid week if you can swing it. Don't go in on a Friday in the afternoon or you could catch a crowd. You know what I mean. Very convenient drive-thru and right next to Kroger if you want to kill two birds with one stone (don't kill birds!).

Wow! So after being in the bank for about 40 minutes I was told to call the 800 number. Why drive to the bank meet face to face when the person in front of you can't or won't help you. Now after hours on the phone I've found out that the individuals at this branch set up my account incorrectly and out right lied to me!
