“Excellent excellent customer service! Kevin G the manager is very helpful and very professional. The branch near my home I was going to for years is so busy you can’t even get anyone on the phone and have to make an appointment virtually for everything in advance. Those employees are very nice and it’s unfair that they seem so shorthanded all the time. I’m not going to put that location here but if someone will contact me, I will let you know.”
“I don’t normally deal with anyone from this branch. I’m closer to the Frasier location. But I needed something from my own branch and my branch manager was on vacation the week before Easter, I was routed over to the manager at the Saint Clair Shores location who was covering for that manager.
Much to my surprise it was one of the nicest and most helpful customer service experiences I have had in years. The manager at this location, whose name is Kim could not have been any nicer or any more helpful! It honestly was a pleasure to have gotten her on the phone.
Just when you think that customer service is a lost or forgotten art someone like Kim comes along and renews your faith in humanity. PNC, I hope you’re listening this lady is somebody every manager within your many locations could take advantage of learning from.

Bank branch manager answered important questions in appropriate product selection; deposit taking was quick, and a copy of my banking application received.It was local to my parent's residence which makes it easy to visit this branch. I never banked with First State despite close location a few blocks down to my former residence In Macomb in 2008.Look forward banking with First State. I have a banking goal to understand account balances; the idea and value of budget, and work towards my first unsecured credit product.I'm not sure how First State differs from a credit union but I'm happy I became a hometown customer!”
