I had a very bad experience with Np Corie P. I wouldn't recommend a loved one to her. Bedside manner is very rude, passive-aggressive, demeaning and dismissive.

I have been seeing doctors at this office for 8 years, the delivered two of my children and helped me through two high risk pregnancies. However, I will no longer be able to take my children to see their doctors. Ever since they moved locations it has gone down hill drastically. You can no longer get any same day appointments. It’s impossible to get your sick children in to be seen. Not to mention they bill you for a hospital visit when coming in for anything due to the offices new location. It’s a scam that I can’t take my daughter to see her doctor for reoccurring ear infections without having to pay an high hospital fee. The whole thing is a scam and it’s unfortunate because there is several really great doctors and staff.

I’ve been a patient of BFM for years and love the new location! Dr. Rama and staff are caring, professional and I’ve always had a positive experience. Thank you BFM for your quality care! ❤️

My doctor moved 11 miles from the regular location. It’s incredibly hard to get my medication and a doctor’s appointment. I was a little late to my appointment, but since it was past the “14 minutes mark” they were condensing and said “and is there a reason why you’re late” which is a little invasive. Especially since they’ve had me wait for half hour to fourty-five minutes in their lobby before, but wasting my time isn’t an issue, only if it’s theirs. Talks to my doctor to see if she wants to see me. After I drove 30 minutes in morning rush hour to get there. Apparently she said no, and wanted to me to reschedule. My prescription expires today, but the next appointment is 3 months out. Every time you call them, the receptionists are snooty. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, but I’m finding a new doctor.

Typing this from the parking lot because I’m so tired of the poor customer service from the receptionists and Dylan isn’t in at the moment.First and foremost they are the forefront and first people u see upon enteringA simple good morning or welcome would ease the moodMeanwhile they don’t say a thing just let u stand there and look at u until u say that ur there for an appointmentSuch dry and “just a job” attitudesThe drs and medical assistants are the nicest always greeting u politely and speak as u wall down the hall to ur roomThe receptionists need coaching on how to make people feel more welcome to the office. I’ve left complaint after complaint and nothing has changed but as soon as I match there attitude now ur the rude patientThey have to do a lot better

I've had mixed experiences with this location but I'm leaving a good review solely because of Ebony. She is a blessing to this office. Her bedside manner is beyond what is expected. I don't know where you all found her but never let her go.

Garbage!!!! The front desk staff scheduled my appt telling me that there was a 4 mo wait, I told her that was fine and scheduled appt. Showed up to the exam and was told it was not the annual I had booked and they had to do a preliminary exam and would be billing me, even though I needed and called for an annual with blood work. They were going to bill me instead of doing my covered annual. Unhappy and will be finding a different office.

Don't waste your time. They don't care about you. Their answer is go to the ER or Urgent Care but that's not a option for my finances. They've fired my husband's Dr for shady practice and TOLD MY HUSBAND THAT and then rehired that same Dr. One receptionist is very rude also became even ruder when i asked is this a permanent thing not being able to get appointments. Blessed be.

I’ve called multiple times from 11am-1pm on a THURSDAY, go get the “Thank you for calling, this is our after hours line.”Middle of the day, they say they’re open. Im just annoyed truthfully.

What is the point in having a practice where you can never get in to see a doctor when you're sick?? You call only for them to tell you we can't see you!

I started going here a couple of years ago, and really liked my PCP. I have seen him exactly once. All other times, I saw nurse practitioners and residents.I recently had a health problem, and couldn’t get an appointment. They basically said, “sorry, can’t help you.”I went to an Urgent Care. A week later, it got worse, and again they told me nothing available. But that maybe they would have something in a couple of days and to call back then. Again, I had to go to an Urgent Care. I needed an emergency referral and called the PCP. I was on hold for 29 minutes only to be told it would take 72 hours to do. I finally went to the office and begged them. They said they would do it, but when I got to the Specialist, it still hadn’t been faxed.I got a call from the the PCP’s staff later that day. She told me she would call metoday with my test results. She didn’t. I called the office and it took 40 minutes to get through. I was told she is off today, and probably “forgot she’s off on Wednesday.”When you are sick, you hope to have a Dr that eases your suffering and helps. This office has made my life much harder.I know the pandemic is chronically used as a reason for inefficient care. But this last episode has me very discouraged and disappointed.

I had to wait 68 days to get an appointment for a physical exam. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told by the doctor that his front office screwed up and he would only be doing a 'welcome visit' (whatever that is) today. Now I can't get my annual physical this year.

If I could rate them higher I would! This office has helped and supported me through some of the worst mental health months of my life. Providing in office, virtual and on call care. I love that even if my PCP wasn’t available, a staff member was always willing and able to talk or see me. They have a behavioral health specialist in office as well as extra resources for care if needed. Beyond that, general care has always been great. The front desk staff goes above and beyond to make sure appointments and scheduling are a smooth process. Would definitely recommend!

The doctors are great but the front desk staff sucks. I'd rather just find me another doctor, this place not worth the headache with their nasty attitudes and flat out rudeness. I work hard to pay for my insurance and I shouldn't be treated like trash when I use it....Thanks ShaRhonda or whatever your name is...you made my decision to find a new doctor so easy.
