I was seen quickly and Dr. Renee Afram was amazing. She was patient and listened to everything that I needed to tell her. She asked many questions and ordered necessary tests. She didn't pressure me into anything. I'm so happy that I have an excellent and caring doctor near by. Dr. Afram is now our family physician.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would there’s always something with this office as to why they can’t get you in or fill your prescriptions don’t waste your time with this place! Sent me to urgent care for something they told me I will have to go to my doctor about, I’ve waited a little over a week for an ASTHMA prescription on several occasions! Also will only give me a month prescription for those medications absolutely ridiculous!

Unbelievably subpar. During a pandemic telling a patient who has been a client for decades to go to the ER for a slight elevation in one blood level. No further explanation. Dr. Eckel is too busy to explain this, so she has a rude lackey reply.WAITING IN GP BEAUMONT ER FOR HOURS. No mask enforcement. It’s not like there’s a pandemic or anything. Starving because nothing to eat since lunch. It’s 10:30 pm now. No answers and no call from Dr. Eckel with an explanation. Henry Ford will have a new patient soon.

Dr. Mihaylov is great doctor. He cares about the patients concerns, he listens very well, and he will do his best to find solutions. I have a very rare medical issue and his patience and determination is wonderful.

The physician is Very understanding and very patient.The staff by far also very much understanding.Also the on call staff if you need help are have a emergency that do the best and are very much helpful .Thank you .

My whole family have been patients here for a long time, luckily we are healthy and don’t need to visit very often. But I have been sick for three days, nothing major but need an Rx.Talked to DrEckles who sent me to a closed Urgent Care in GP, then went to Little Mack and was told it was a THREE HOUR WAIT.I called her back to see if she would call in an Rx. She said patients must be seen in the office and to call in the morning for an appointment.When I called in the morning I was told THEY DONT SEE SICK PATIENTS DURING A PANDEMIC!?!?!?! Unbelievable. They referred me back to the urgent care (wait is only 2 hrs now)I called St. John’s and did a televisit on my phone and my husband is on his way to pick up my Rx from Merritt Woods now. Beaumont really missed it on this one.

I love my primary physician - Dr. Stachelski - and his staff. I never have a long wait before being seen. This has been my primary physician for over 6 years. I communicate with the staff in a professional and courteous manner and they return the favor. Yes, the appointments are limited, but I could get in to see my former primary (who was terrible!) anytime I wanted, so I'm ok with the limited hours.

When I went to see a Physician and she prescribed me a medication that had some side effects I decided to call the office, I was never able to speak to my provider, so I told the receptionist who later got back to me to come in for a follow up. At my follow up appointment My Doctor seemed very annoyed with me and mad I didn’t like the medication. I’m very happy I only went to this office once and I never have to go again.
