I feel strange even writing this, I’ve literally never left a bad review before but this left me feeling uneasy. Last week when my dog and I went to Bubbles and Bark, we didn’t have a good experience.
****My first red flag was they picked him up by the collar to lift onto the table and he was coughing multiple!*** He was wearing a harness and easily could have been picked up that way as well.
***Multiple nails left bleeding which I understand happens sometimes but they were not very sincere when I politely asked if that’s normal for multiple nails** I will say the front desk lady was wonderful, helpful and kind. The ladies doing the service however, not so much.
**After the service there were, SO MANY FLEAS ON MY DOG :(** He is treated, in all the years I’ve had him, I’ve never had a flea issue or experienced anything like this. I understand things happen but it was so many fleas in only 10 minutes!
Maybe bad times recently, and I’m sad to say but I would no longer recommend Bubbles and Barks.

Bubbles and barks gave us a poor experience two times in a row. The first time they nicked the baby when they were shaving him and didn't tell us anything. We went back the second time he came home with fleas. When we went to bubbles on barks to show them what occurred the owner got mad because we were very high strong and upset about the dogs condition. She said "so what it's flea season and take your flea dog out of here right now because I don't like your attitude". It was late For us so we had to take everything out the house and spray it down. We also had to give him a bath and spray him down. I would not suggest this place to anyone it was a horrifying experience. On the photos you will see where he was licking his skin almost raw because he was itchy.. omg we are not blind to the fact that fleas do get on dogs but he was up to date with his shots and his monthly flea medicine and had no issues until he went there !! So the update is =we took him to the hospital. It confirmed what we thought plus it compounded the financial stress. We should have never chosen that place; it was a stench in the air and also the owner was not groomed herself. She is very unprofessional and left us in a predicament where we had to wash the dog ourselves and incur many many expenses.

So what happened was as I found this dog half a mile up the road, scared and alone. So I took it here to get a nice bath and treat, The workers here were so nice and tried their best to help me find the owner by looking up the dog on the system! They even offered to do the grooming and wash for free, which of course I did not accept. Overall great service! We were able to find the home of this dog eventually, and it was definitely a big help. I used to take my dog here before she passed away, and it never had any issues. Dog always came back to sleep and smelling very nicely

After being 2hrs late in getting our dog back to us, the place stunk, they nipped my dog in 2 spots and gave him a bath BEFORE cutting his hair...handed him back to me and I wore a dog hair blanket home. We had to give him a bath after paying them to do it...to get all the hair off if him.

the place says it's open @8am on Saturday. I called @ 830,845,finally 901 someone answered the phone. I asked if they had room today for an Australian shepherd and mini-labradoodle mix for a wash and nail trimming. The person said yes we do you can bring them in now. I get there with my dog they proceed to tell me that Noone had called them this morning at all and the lady had been there since 630 this morning, she didnt ask any of the other girls if anyone had called. Now I didn't bring my phone with me when dropping my dog off. I left went back with my phone this time. when I get there the same woman who told me Noone had called at all says to me " oh, the other girl said you called and only wanted nails done and they don't take walk ins especially doodles" That's funny because my first appointment was on a Saturday I called and asked if they had room and they said yes knowing what kind of dog I have. Get it together people.

Open 7 days a week. But until 2 pm.Several groomers. Reasonably priced. Will do teeth and anal glands if you want. Handle all sizes of dog.

I took my yorkie in and he came out looking the same but sloppy like a beginner cut him! I took him back the next day for a fix and asked for an experienced groomer and it took 3 hours for him to be done! But I’m upset because my dog has a botched cut they did a terrible job on my dogs ears! He looks like a schnauzer! I won’t be returning!
