I first went to sterling heights branch to combine an account they did not want to help me. So I went to the ferndale branch an they were more than happy to help me, without any problems. I don't know the ladies name at ferndale, but she was very helpful. She was very pleasant and very helpful .

Rosemarie was able to help me navigate through my accounts being compromised. She spent the time needed to close all my accounts and reopen new accounts and transfer the money to these accounts. I appreciate all that she did and return my confidence in the credit union.. I had made several calls before this one and felt like no one cared about my problems and she restored my faith.
