Very rude and unprofessional staff members and customer service at this location pharmacy. Called to ask a prescription question. Employee became annoyed and gave me an attitude. I asked for her name, which she refused. I then asked to speak with a manager....they hung up on me. Better off driving to a nicer, kinder, more professional location, than to have the added stress.

This location for prescriptions has been hit or miss for several months since the closing of 13 and Harper location . Pharmacy staff are not pleasant. Visit on January 26, 23 I asked drive thru rep a question regarding a script that was needed. She replied she would need a computer to check and refused to check. She stood with her hand on her hip as if I was interrupting her lunch which would start in 5 min. She was not kind or helpful. She told me to call rather than assist me right there. I called store to complain to store mgr Doug. He states he's never had anyone ever call and go in such detail about bad service and I didn't give him an opportunity to speak. I was explaining everything that happened so why when talking would he talk? I also stated he had 2 stars on Yelp and he indicated he didn't care about that. The attitude and disposition reflects with him indicating that. I find with a 2 star review he is lying about complaints and I can see why his staff is rude and most likely will continue to be rude. I left and within 10 minutes transferred out of this store and to meijer for my new place of business for prescriptions. If you want to be treated like crap by nasty middle aged clerk, come here. Or go somewhere when you're sick where they will treat you kind. Health care is too expensive not to be treated properly. Especially someone who should be responsible to answer a question and seek out a computer which middle aged clerk was too lazy to do so. Doug, stop lying. You know you get complaints. Calling the District Manager to also make my concerns to them. Seek another place for your needs. They could do better and should be better but they simply aren't.

I'm not a big CVS fan. Their stores are simply depressing with their gray carpet and unfriendly employees. This location was no different.I stopped in today to pick up some photos and a prescription for a family member. There was two women at the checkout in the front. Both were too busy in their conversation to really acknowledge the two people standing in front of them. Awesome. Eventually we did get our photos. The real problem here is the pharmacy. I understand we went in after lunch and the day of a holiday. However, there was no one in the pharmacy that seemed to enjoy their job. Maybe they were short staffed, I understand. That doesn't mean it's okay be rude to the patients. The pharmacist even told me she was still drunk! At this point I was questioning if it was from NYE the day before or their lunch break that just ended. She couldn't talk without slurring her words. Also let's discuss their "immunization corner." I surely hope no child tries to put their hand in the Sharps container or go through the vaccine supplies.

I had a situation with an existing prescription that I thought would require a lot of explanations and hoops to jump through before I could get what I needed. Anthony (if I remember right) answered the phone very quickly (not all CVS locations do that) and had my prescription ready in an hour. Many thanks to him and the rest of the pharmacy staff for quickly resolving my issue.

I think the pharmacy may be understaffed because there is absolutely no excuse for the shitty attitudes and lack of smiles. I get the medical industry is overwhelmed, I work in it to but for the love of GAWD woman at the drive-thru. SMILE. Someone is having a way shittier day than you are

Lady would not let me use the restroom. I've used the restroom at every other cvs! Even during covid, and when it's around the time everything is open, she wouldn't let me use the restroom. The same lady I saw on her phone looking lazy!

Was a little disappointed with CVS Pharmacy as they refuse to honor a published a GoodRx coupon. After several several hours and several calls, at 5:30PM a customer service person from CVS Specialty Pharmacy advised us that CVS did not have a coupon for this drug on GoodRx or even use GoodRx.

Went to the pharmacy straight from urgent care yesterday, stood in the drop off line for almost 6 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Then, the lady running the drive through yelled to her co workers " can someone help that girl at drop off, she looks like she's been there a long time" CLEARLY. The woman who took my info complained the whole time about how slammed they were, & how my drs hand writing was terrible. I asked how long the wait time is. I was sick and didn't want to go back out, I have pneumonia. I expressed that to her. She said " well I'm leaving, and who knows how long it will take for them. So your best bet is to come back." It's 24 hours later and still no meds filled. Never again....

Who oversees the pharmacy here? What a joke. Constantly out of meds when I drop off, and the manager is "off until next week" so they can't order more? It's laughable how this place is run. PLEASE anyone reading this take your prescription literally anywhere else. Doesn't help that all the employees look/act miserable. I'm sure they could care less about complaints and neg reviews, just hope I can help save someone else like me from going here.

I continuously had the worst and most unprofessional experience of my life at this location. I literally had to download yelp just to express how bad this pharmacy is. The ring leader behind the counter has a very unfriendly R.B.F. and her minions shuffling around will complain to you about how they hate "working" with her as they are frowning, rolling their eyes, and sound like they're mourning. Every time I stop in to fill my prescriptions they make me feel like I am a burden and not to mention 80% of the time they don't have my medication because they didn't order enough.... for such a large company... isn't there some kind of inventory system that can handle this? Lastly, I wouldn't mind waiting 20 minutes in line while the "pharmacists" try and figure out what they're doing if they would take the time to just smile. This location is not even worth 1 star. Best of luck to anyone that dare enters this location. I'm telling you it's worth just driving the extra couple miles to Meijer.

Very unhappy with this pharmacy. We had a crying small child who needed the bathroom but the cashier would not allow him to use the store restroom. We left the store and returned for our script. The 3 ladies working the pharmacy were deep in personal conversation for a very long time and completely ignored us. Our medicine was filled but not billed to our insurance which resulted in a longer wait time. We will not return to this pharmacy.
