No one ever speaks or acknowledges when you enter. It is always so messy and unorganized. The staff there have no personality. I do not recommend this store at all.

It’s sad for me to see this place change into what it is today. At checkout there used to be a friendly cashier. Now there is no one and if there is, they simply ignore you. I use the scan your own every time I come here. My family and I have used the pharmacy here for years, buy all of the over the counter medications and toiletries here. It’s sad that they think it’s ok to treat customers like they do. Time for the CEO and the president to reshape this corporation. We will be finding a different drug store.

They need more help, the worker was in Lala land until I walked thru store saying “Hello” several times.Very dry and not engaging. Only because I placed a photo order did I need an employee, won’t return it took more time finding an employee than to check out.

The pharmacy staff at this location are great,they take the time to answer any questions the customer has whether it's in the store or on the phone. Yes,there will be a line of people. Yes,there will only be 2 people working,and yes,sometimes they aren't in the best of moods.Those who don't like waiting or the staffs attitude have a way to fix that,choose home delivery or go to a different store. A couple hundred people a day are there for the same reason,no matter which location a person goes to there will still be a line and you will still have to wait. The best way to solve your problem, Stop thinking that you are the most important person at that time in that store and that you should be waited on the second you get to the counter. We all have to wait for things,it happens,get over it. Use the app and then you will be notified when your meds are ready for pickup but yes,you will still have to wait a few minutes. Imagine if you had to stand on your feet all day waiting on customers,filling scripts,answering the phone and answering questions. I'm pretty sure that would put you in a bad mood. Try smiling and saying hello when it's your turn, don't have an attitude because you think you're special and more important than any other person there, odds are you are not.

I've become a regular CVS customer because of their rewards and coupon offerings. There are select products I purchase at CVS and the percentage off coupons make them much more affordable for me. They also take the discount ( for 1 item ) off the highest priced item of your whole purchase, so you get the best discount which I really appreciate.

Called yesterday about my prescription and told by automated response that my prescription would be available the next morning at 9:15. Came at 11:00 and was told it would take another 30 minutes. Had to dismiss my uber driver. Came back in 45 minutes and was told that it would be another 30 minutes, so nothing was done during the first 30 minutes. The last time my prescription price went up 20.00$.

After a nightmare experience at Kroger trying to fill a prescription, this CVS came through for me. Terri in the pharmacy helped me after I had a string of very long, frustrating days trying to deal with getting this Rx filled at a reasonable price. I appreciated her help so much when I showed up to the pharmacy right after closing and she still cashed me out and helped me. I needed her kindness and care, and I appreciated it so much.

Employees are fine ( so maybe take the words of people on the east side not the west) … the few that they have. CVS does NOT care about their employees or they wouldn’t constantly leave them alone. You want to complain about an employee not rushing to help you? Maybe direct your hate towards the company and not the couple of individuals trying to keep the doors open so you can shop there. Don’t like it? You can fill out an app and apply.

Store was great until they made employees get the shot now most of the good employees quit and service leave something to be desired I will be shopping elsewhere.

The Manager on duty, Matthew Mcdaniel, was extremely rude. Not only did I hear him use the N word once, but he used it twice in the same sentence when a customer asked from about 20 ft away to use the restroom. That kid needs to lose his job. Will never return to this location again.
