I’d give zero stars if I could. The only way to deal with pharmacy is to leave a message. No customer service at all. The absolute worst pharmacy. I wish rite aid could come back and cvs would file bankruptcy.

Don’t get your medications filled here if you’re a full time working mother. I tried to pick up my medications at 8:15 (staff was all still there chit chatting) and the employee behind the desk told me “sorry, we closed 15 minutes ago.” Keep in mind, I’m on several medications for not only sleep but other things I NEED on a daily basis that I wasn’t able to get. I tried to go the follow day to find out their pharmacy doesn’t open until 10?? Most pharmacies open at 8 or 9. I will definitely be switching my pharmacy ASAP once I can finally get my medication.

I started using this location since the other location on Little Mack closed. Every time I go to pick up a prescription, the line is long. The last time I was there, there were 9 customers in line in front of me and a cashier/pharmacy tech that was incredibly slow. Zero urgency even though the pharmacy line was long. I waited about 30 minutes to pick up a prescription. Not good. I am an able bodied adult, but what about people that are not feeling well, elderly or unable to stand that long to wait. Do better CVS.

CVS PHARMACY REVIEW PLEASE READ:
If you’re coming here for a prescription from here don’t bother, I recently moved to the area and transferred my prescription to the closest CVS near me which was here. I have received one script and after trying to refill I’ve already transferred back, it’s a 15 mile drive but honestly it’s worth it!
Why?: Well I tried to refill via phone like I would at my last location and even though I selected refills it would only tell me the date it was last picked up… okay no big deal only wasted 5-10min on the phone I’ll just drive up, I show up only for no-one to be at the counter… it’s okay I’m patient I’ll wait, someone said they would be with me shortly, cool… and that person never helped me some tall, slender in appearance, man came slowly walking up(I was the only one in line by the way), he checks my prescription and simply tells me along the lines “sorry I can’t get you your meds because of insurance” and then has the audacity to add “isn’t that a bit much for you, like that’s a lot for someone like you?”…. I hate to say this but I’ve never almost broke down in anger in a public store before because there is NO WAY you just told me that after I tried to fill a script labeled for “everyday as needed” with only 36 pills after 51 days which is less than 1 a day.
I get insurance can be stupid sometimes/mess things up along with healthcare but adding that comment 110% reflected upon the pharmacies ethics and most importantly that man who I NEVER wish to see again and never will because guess what? I’m not even coming back there for the store.
Who knows maybe if you have a “normal” med or if you’re into getting insulted and embarrassed about medications you require in an already frustrating situation then you’ll be just fine 👍

Very rude especially the one .stands in the aisle and won't let you by. Good job CVS YOU SURE DO KNOW HOW TO PICK THEM. That one needs a serious attitude adjustment. Bobbi is a poor excuse for a manager.
