This location is hard to get in and out of but it's the closest to my house so I always come here.I've been cashing my checks at Flagstar for a few months now with no issue, in and out in 5 minutes. Usually great service. Today I was told the bank does not do this through the drive through anymore if you do not have an account. Josephine Davis made me feel like it was my fault this bank hasn't been following protocol as she continued to repreat the same thing over and over. Treating me as a child and not an adult woman. This frustrated me but I was compliant with everything she was asking so I'm not sure why I received such terrible customer service. It is not the customers fault if employees are not following the rules. I also feel like one should be kinder if this is the first time a customer is hearing of a policy change. I know I'm not an important customer but I'm paying $14 a month in fees to cash my check and it'd be nice to be treated with politeness. Plenty of other banks to go to.

I requested for a Debit card on September 7, the rep stated that it would take 7-10 business days, I patiently waited and still no Debit card. The service was very poor, I asked if they could expedite my Debit card and they said it would take another 3 days, and give it till that Thursday. Remind you, I have Electronic Debit Bill's that automatically take out and they also stated they could not waive the 50 dollar fee. Very disappointed with the service

What a great place to bank! Josie is the nicest teller on the earth! Every time she waits on my she makes my day! The branch manger Phyllis is very nice and helpful too. When ever I have a question or issue the staff takes time with me and helps make sure all my needs are met. I live closer to another branch but I always go out of my way just to go to this branch.

I love this bank and all of it"s employees. I myself had several situations in which I needed guidance. No matter who the employee is, they are more than happy to assist you. Wait time ??? I have never waited more than five minutes. These people are extremely educated in all areas of banking!!!

First off, one star is generous. Don't open accounts here if you value your personal information and time. Speakerphone is not acceptable method when discussing banking details, I should not be able to hear your customer across the bank. 2 hours is too long to open an account. You can open one on Ally in less than 15mins.... and I thought Chase was bad. Customer service is horrid, their representatives are poorly trained and inconsistent. They will also threaten to hang up on you or just put you on hold to no end if you ask to speak with any of there management staff. I have called this place so many times that I lost count and half the time they will just hang up on you. This place will nickle and dime you tell your broke with their paper fees that no one tells you about or even how to opt out of them. Also, the app is complete trash. To refresh your account you literally have to logout and log back in. The website is just as bad, it only loads 50% of the time.
