I was super anxious about coming in and getting a loan for my new car. I hate doing paperwork in general and was not looking forward to any part of it. Marchelle took me on and did everything for me in under an hour. If there's a way for this process to be any easier, I don't know what that could possibly be. Thank you, Marchelle! I love the car!

I have tried to search for my last review to try and delete it. I feel awful for allowing human error to affect my opinion about the place. It really is a great bank to bank with. Everyone here goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience and they build personal bonds with you and learn you by name. They always try to make every wrong right and I truly appreciate them for that. Not to mention they were graceful to me after I was frustrated with them and that is extremely rare. Thank you to the Roseville team for putting up with me!

Opening a new account at this credit union with Karlie, was enjoyable, She is very knowledgeable about the banks products and very helpful when there is a lot of questions. I like the fact the credit union does a lot with the community as well.
