In particular, Joseph, showed so much patience, kindness, sincerity, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. He made himself available via phone, text or email if we had questions or if I wanted to add something to my mom’s obituary. He also took care of every detail on the day of the funeral, so that our family could focus on each other and grieving. The viewing, funeral mass, and burial were beautiful.
