What ever your paying Joe is not enough give this man a raise. Got my big brand new Chevy 6500 dump truck/chipper truck which is hard to find parts for back to me ahead of schedule I am extremely grateful. This truck is my livelihood. All seems to be fixed just as good as before. Hopfully I don’t have many more Collision repair needs but if I do I’ll be using Joe and this shop.

I recently had to take my car to Genesis Collision Center after it was stolen and thankfully recovered. These guys did an amazing job! They fixed up my car so well, it's like it never happened. They really took their time to make sure everything was done perfectly and double-checked all their work.The customer service was just as impressive. Mary, Victoria, and their manager Joe were super helpful. They kept me in the loop with updates and really went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. It's so rare to find this kind of service these days.I'd definitely recommend Genesis Collision Center to anyone. They've got great service, and the team really knows what they're doing!

4 years later I'm still finding stuff these morons did wrong while repairing my car in late 2019. Car actually had to go back after the original repair because it was provided back to me in such deplorable condition (battery not secured, battery not properly connected, broken headlight, wrong fasteners, etc). In their defense it is an import but regardless it speaks poorly for their professionalism and competence. If you own your car and take pride in keeping it well maintained go elsewhere these people only know how to turn over customers quickly for max profit. Even the paintwork isn't great. There are circular scratches under the topcoat from their random orbital sander. Super poor quality workmanship.

After being treated poorly at another body shop, I went to Genesis Collision Center. Amazing, right from the front desk, to my advisor, Jeff Yike, I was treated like I was their only customer. Having a Ford, and taking it to a Cadillac shop, was the best thing that I could have done. They drove me to pickup my rental car, kept me up to date on what was going on with the repairs. The day my car was ready, I was able to drop my rental at their shop, Jeff went over my car with me, and my car was returned to me sparking, inside and out. Please if you ever need collision repairs, don’t think twice, and take your car to Genesis Collision Center. Best move that I have ever made.Thank you so much,Patti Bugeja

I normally don’t review places that often but this collision center was amazing! Definitely went above and beyond with my car. I had some minor repairs that needed fixed with my Alfa and even tho the UAW was on strike and put parts on hold, the collision center went out of there way to do anything possible to finish the car. I had to wait a few weeks but for the wait, they detailed the whole interior of the car. (Side note: they found money in my car and placed it in my cupholder) most places I feel like would pocket the money for themselves. Wow, I am floored right now! Had to get the left fender, passenger doors, and front bumper repaired; they got us in and out within FOUR days. (We expected to be out of the car for a month!) The communication was concise and clear. The customer service representatives provided an excellent experience. The building lobby was clean and comfortable. They even detailed the WHOLE vehicle; it was cleaner than when we bought the damn thing. I could go on. Thanks, Gensis, the car looks brand new! I look forward to working with this body shop in the years to come.
