Went to the bank this afternoon to cash my check from friday. There where two tellers, one was occupied with a customer, the other teller was sitting down and seemed to be more interested in gabing her jaw to her other co worker. She even looked at me and said one minute please while still running her non stopping mouth. As soon as the teller was free she took me over Immediately. The whole time I was at the teller the other big mouth heavy set lady would not shut up. I seen another review stating the samething. Ive been a customer for years and have never been to huntington where the staff was so unprofessional. The lady who took care of me did her job and well.

Worst bank in the history of banking. Trust your money with Biden over this “bank” I will be canceling my business checking account and recommend that if you value money to do the same. Horrible bank.

Just DO NOT become a member at Huntington Bank. Somehow someone has accessed my sons SAVINGS acct and drained it, thrown him into a negative balance (!) this acct is NOT tied to his checking and it’s been a week and still no one will do their job. He has talked to 8 different ppl, went to two branches and called corporate for answers and they have done nothing. We are still trying to find out where it went. I will update when he gets an answer. My husband and I will be closing our acct.

There is a woman named Jennifer whom works at this branch. (Description): W.F. approximately age 41-60, Heavy-Set with tattoo on her Arm with teeth you would recognize. Let's just say her mother and father didn't hear about, "Braces", until it was to late" very rude to say the least. While I was trying to count my money she wouldn't stop speaking to another teller. Finally the other teller said quietly, we can just use the machine. Vicki the manager very nice. I just feel she needs to be reprimanded. She also was rude to me on the phone and actually hung up on me.Not only is she uneasy on the eye's, she is extremely rude and disrespectful ? ? ? I wouldn't recommend this location at all. Use grosse pointe woods and ask for Raj.

I wish I could leave a negative number. There is a Heavy-Set woman working there named Jennifer. (W.F.) approximately age(41-62) Tattoo on arm, teeth similar to Chip & Dale's (Rescue-Rangers) series. Very rude! As I'm at the tellers window I probably had to count my money 7/8 times because she wouldn't stop talking to my teller. Finally my teller (very polite) let's just use the money counter machine. Very quietly and discreet while Jennifer just keeps rambling on and on. You can't miss her. Rude/Crude/Tattooed & Socially Unexpectable. I also called the Branch 1 time and she was rude on the phone hanging up on me. HUNTINGTON BANK is not a Union. They have no U.A.W. so I spoke to the manager Vicki and said, "She would talk to her about it" understand these women are friends and I feel there will be no reprimand at all. I at least deserve an apology to say that minimum.

My appointment got rescheduled twice, but instead of calling me I drove up there and found out they just canceled it without ever calling me. Then stated they didn't have my number but somehow early in the week was able to call me to confirm the appointment. Bad business

The new version of confirming deposit does not furnish confidence. Asking "how much is here" IS NOT the same as saying " I have xx$ here, is that correct". Not a fan of this new way.

Have you ever been super excited to be the next person in line? Don't get excited at THIS location, EVERY TIME you will wait a minimum 20 minutes for a simple withdrawal...slowest staff ever....speed is a consistent 2 out of 10!!! And for an added bonus if you make a large withdrawal you can't get all large bills, she said they "didn't have them" .....WHAT!!! Am I in outer space...your a bank!!!

Very friendly people.. but drive-thru is always packed to where if your going to atm you can’t get it .because the line is always waiting fir the window … . they need to do something about that ..

The tellers at this branch are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. However, the branch manager, Sarah, is impatient and unkind. On several occasions I’ve waited in line unnecessarily because there was no outward sign that the lobby was open/closed. On this occasion, I spied a lock box on the front door so I assumed the lobby was closed and pulled to the drive through. There was a line, so I waited for 20 minutes just to be told that I needed to come inside. While working with the teller, I made a friendly suggestion to put a ‘LOBBY OPEN’ sign on the door to make it easier for folks. Sarah overheard me talking from across the lobby, interrupted and started rudely berating me. She rattled off Huntington policies as if I should have known them, while I just stood there completely embarrassed. The customer she was helping and the other tellers stood around awkwardly while this happened. Another teller tried to give me a friendly smile while I was being yelled at, but it was incredibly uncomfortable for everyone. I left the bank completely embarrassed and after 3 years of loyalty, I will absolutely never return. I’m sorry your job is so stressful, Sarah. Please be kinder to people. Nobody deserves to be spoken to that way.

I’ve been with this bank for almost 10 years and they wouldn’t let me cash a check with no real explanation. I’ll never do business at this branch again!

The tellers at this branch are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. However, the branch manager, Sarah, is impatient, snippy, and rude. She cut me off while I was giving a friendly suggestion about notifying patrons when the lobby is open/closed. On several occasions I’ve waited in line unnecessarily and suggested a simple ‘Lobby Open/Closed’ sign. I wasn’t even speaking with her, but she interrupted from across the lobby and rudely began rattling off Huntington policies to me as if i should have known them. The patron she was helping, and the other tellers stood there while she scolded me. It’s uncomfortable and unnecessary for her to speak that way to people. I’m sorry your job is so stressful, Sarah. Please be kinder to people. Nobody deserves to be spoken to that way.
