My husband and I just got married last week on Thursday and celebrated our reception on the infinity yacht, docked out of Port Detroit. Being completely transparent, I have very mixed reviews regarding the company. Our actual wedding night was fabulous; Christie was our cruise director and she was amazing! She was very prompt and straight to the point, she met all of our wants and needs! The boat itself was beautiful and the tour of the Detroit river was spectacular!
However, literally one week before our wedding, the infinity accounting department, specifically Dominique, reached out to us stating our final bill was due when we had multiple receipts that stated our final bill was due after our tour date. My husband and I both don’t work in the industry and when we signed our initial contract, dated well over a year prior to our wedding, the contract stated our final bill was due after the wedding/tour date and we financially planned around those bill due dates. When I brought this to the attention of the accounting department, I was met with a rude response to which I had to screenshot multiple statements showing our bill was due later. Ultimately after pulling my husband into the email thread, we “resolved” the issue- to which Infinity still did not honor what they put in print on our contracts and they supplemented by offering us free champagne and cookies upon boarding and exiting the boat. This whole ordeal left a horrible taste in our mouths of how this company runs their business, and ultimately they are in the business of money making- not necessarily wedding and event making. If you want to move forward with this company for your wedding, please be warned to triple check all of your paperwork and due dates as this definitely added an unnecessary amount of stress to my husband and I literally days before we got married.

Awful experience in the summer cruise series.....$160 to feel elite in a sardine can with no food. I signed up for a jazzy Great Gatsby cruise and I received a bunch of underdressed people dancing around to generic club music. They could have at least played The Great Gatsby soundtrack.

Thank you to Infinty Yacht and all of the crew. We had so many compliments on not only the food but also the crew. They always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to make our day special. We couldn’t be happier.

From the very beginning the tour, the booking...Emily, Rachel, and Dommonique were all FABULOUS. Rachel handled every aspect and special needs required for my daughters party with excellence. Even when things were not looking great with my daughter's health, these AMAZING women gave me the support, prayer and such a positive outlook when I struggled to see it. They showed me more than one reason to celebrate....Life. Rachel worked with the culinary team to create an amazing menu that my daughter would be able to eat from. Her creativity and passion for her clients is PRICELESS! The culinary team did an AMAZING job with the food! The taste, the texture, the warmth all to perfection. Bravo to the cooks. The servers made sure all of my guest were provided for. We provided our own vendors from the decorator Unforgettable Touch to the Dj...DJ Joey A and the best photographer ever Nayade Photography. Rachel was very accommodating to their needs and times needed to ensure a beautiful and breath taking decor took place. Our host Alex was also the BEST. He looked out for the best interest of the guest and immediately addressed any concerns that I had with out any question. The cruise was beautiful, the scenery spectacular....No event is ever perfect anywhere.....but this amazing team did put a perfect plan into action. Thank you Steve for all of your understanding and for the best customer support. When booking don't be shy to express your needs. They will accommodate as best as possible... a solution will be made.

My experience will be my last. There is never enough chairs or tables so if you want stand for 3 hours and try to eat then this is your boat. I paid $350 for tickets and I am so miserable. No seats, overly packed and long lines. This is ridiculous! I will never patronize any of these boats events and I hope everyone listens and does the same.

i had the pleasure of decorating the Ovation last weekend . The Ovation is just a beautiful yacht but we were able to transform it in to a Magical place. Thankful with Alex ( manager) for all His help! Attached you can find pictures of the Ovation decorated by Unforgettable Touch!

Buyer Beware!!! The dinner cruise was atrocious seating was limited and we had to stand the entire cruise. When I asked management about the lack of seating I was told this was a strolling dinner cruise. This is not posted openly in plain view however it is shown in the frequently asked questions. For the money i paid this was definitely below my expectations and I will never use this business again.
