I wish i could put more stars.
This Safe Harbor St Clair shores is Wonderful the staff is friendly helpful.
they help us with more slip time when we needed it.
Jessica help at the fuel dock with a pump out when it wasn't her job, the person had car trouble not her fault.
the grounds are beautiful, clean.
lots of things to do Restaurants have very good food.
things for kids , fire pits,
they even have weddings here.
Clean bathrooms and laundry
100% better than Safe Harbor Toledo Beach Marina. that one doesn't deserve the name Safe Harbor.

Very impressed with Safe Harbor marina. We bought a new boat this summer, and not only did the accommodate us with a covered well, but their service team was outstanding. Every time I called for service, they jumped on it within 24 hrs and get it done. Formula 37

All my couple felt like a queen and king when I took them out on the boat here. The service is unmatched but what makes it amazing is the peaceful, loving, fun and safe atmosphere that comes with this place. It truly is a life changing experience and I am glad ai shared it with many of my clients who I photograph.

Unfortunately, my friends and I didn't have a great experience here. A few of us were staying on our friends' boat for a couple days before heading to Raft Off for the weekend. Upon arrival security told us we could park our cars at the marina for the weekend and retrieve them when we return on Sunday. Our friend had called ahead to confirm we were able to do so before we arrived so it was consistent with the information she received. Security even provided us parking passes that were written out until Sunday so we had no issues. When we were preparing to depart on Friday, we were asked to move our cars into the overflow lot at the front of the marina as they were expecting more transient dockers for the weekend. We moved our vehicles as requested. A short time later, as we were fueling up and pumping out before we left for the Moot, the head of security flagged us down and told us that we were in fact not permitted to keep our vehicles there at all and our vehicles had to leave the premises with the boat. He stated there was a miscommunication with the new security firm they had recently hired and we were misinformed. The vehicles would need removed immediately despite the previous advice and valid parking passes. When asked for exception due to the miscommunication and obvious inconvenience, we were advised nothing could be done. This left us scrambling to find parking for our vehicles and made us late for our departure. Thankfully, a local business was kind enough to allow us protected parking in their lot for the remainder of the weekend. They've been coming to this marina for several years before, but after this experience, they nor myself will ever patron this marina again. Please do better! Especially when your staff made an error, you find a way to make it right instead making further issue for those who paid $2.50/ft to be there in the first place. There are no real amenities here so exceptional service should be what keeps people coming back.

After bring a repeat customer yearly for the last 6 years during our lakecation i will finally say we will NOT be back. The new managment and security have absolutely no clue what they are doing and they are bringing Jefferson Beach underwater. The front office girls and the gas dock girls were GREAT, other then that it was horrible customer service. The docks are nothing to brag about and at $2.50/foot they dont even have a pool or nice ameneties. The walk to watermark and mikes restraunt is nice but those are the only two nice things (and those arent even associated with the marina.) After countless times of them messing up on their part, we never once heard an apology or a im sorry this happened. NOTHING. This marina absolutely should not be a part of "safe haven marinas"
