I never leave negative reviews. My new bearings and hubs didn’t last 1000 miles. They are burned up (all 4) in 4 months, 600 miles. They replaced my very nice, heavy duty actuator with a cheap light duty aluminum one. I’ve been towing trailers for 25 years and always use trailer shops. For sure will NEVER return to Joe’s. Not a good experience. Cheap junk parts. I don’t think they did my bearings correctly either .

This place has the parts you need. They know their stuff and have worked on just about every kind of trailer.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I came in with no knowledge of how to reassemble my hubs and they were very helpful at telling me the correct process and getting me exactly what I needed. I learned a lot about how to service my trailer hub thanks to them.

Came in on an emergency repair. Leaf spring broke. Walked in to be helped by, who I now know as #1. He gave me the honors of declaring me to be #2. I am so honored and feel I worked really hard to get to the second spot. Thanks #1 for helping me with the parts I need to get this trailer done and back on the road. Thanks for the laughs.

Needed a hitch installed to get my bicycles rack on. My son’s friend, Mike Blatz recommended Joe’s Trailer. I got there before store opened at 9 am which was my scheduled appointment. The door was opened for me and I was welcomed inside. Keys for Nissan Rogue was taken and the work on Rogue was immediately started. While I was having breakfast right next door with my 15 month old granddaughter, I got a call informing me that work was completed. I was in and out in under a half hour. Quality of install and customer service was top notch. The 45 minutes drive to Joe’s Trailer from my home in Kimball was well worth it and with no hesitation has already and will continue to HIGHLY recommend Joe’s Trailer Sales Inc.

Terrific array of trailer supplies and support. Don’t waste your time making multiple stops at other trailer supply stores. Joe’s has everything, in stock, with the facility to fix or install.

Went in there today to get a hitch for my truck. 2016 Nissan Frontier. Dude wasn't rude but wasn't polite. Quoted me 510 for parts and install and two months from now it could be done. I went to uhaul and bought everything for 190 and installed it in 45 minutes. Uhaul said their installation was 80 bucks. I usually spend more at smaller shops and support local but 510 is rather insulting to be honest.:Edit to the owner: wrong. I didn’t want you to install uhauls parts. I went to your business first. The rest of your response is practically incomprehensible.

Has everything I need grab and pick. I really do not enjoy waiting on a delivery every single time. Sometimes I need it now and they have everything.
