Dry cookies. Taste like store brought packaged cookies in the cookie aisle. And the prices are ridiculous for the quality of cookie. $3-$5 per cookie.Would be ok if the cookies were under a $1 maybe.Service was ok

The cookies are fabulous, the attitude of the staff is horrible. They didn’t want to take a $50 bill for a $20 purchase! Hey people - that’s not out of the ordinary these days - get some change in your register!I won’t be back after this experience.

I have bought your summer cutout butter cookies many times at Kroger in Rochester Hills. They are delicious!!! I am an excellent baker, including cookies, and these are totally up to my homemade standards. And so cute! Love the Michigan ones! My whole family likes them, they are so good. My husband and I also like the pecan bars as an occasional treat. Hope you will be selling autumn/fall cutout cookies at your outlets such as Kroger!

Horrible rude service. I went in to pick up and order for my parents. The staff was complaining about people parking in front of the store entrance from the second I went in the store. "where there is open parking"The quality of the food was good however. Very unprofessional acting individuals inside of the business.

The lemon bars were not edible. The lemon portion is supposed to be soft (lemon curd) the lemon top was hard, dry, and had an artificial taste. Too expensive to taste that bad!

Well, their food is awesome. The store smells like heaven. The parking is free but either on the side street or in the back. Oddly, the prices are more here than in stores, which makes 0 sense, the reason I was given was that “yeah, the stores have different prices and we have to charge more because prices have gone up”. Yet Westborn and Randazzo’s sell the 4 pack lemon bars for $8.99 as opposed to the $10 at this location, where they make the food. It’s just a dollar, but it’s still more. The only reason I got them was the stores are out.

Well, I would not normally write a review about a cookie, ... this one is an exception.First the cookie, ... Betsy's Lemon Shortbread Bar- Shortbread, ... OK, what I would expect from cookie base.- Lemon bars are supposed to be with lemon curd that is sweet and tangy, but this yellow mass was anything but lemony or tangy.Second, full disclosure, I have sensitive stomach that reacts on food preservatives, artificial sweeteners by giving me bad acid reflux.- Knowing this I would not normally go for any pastries with filling bought in any store, ... but looking at ingredients list I did not find anything "offending", ... so I went for it.- Because of above mentioned issue with the taste I only had one small bar, ... and what a volcano it produced in my stomach less than an hour later. Now, not everyone will have this reaction, but for some of us that have sensitive stomachs it would be nice to list all that goes into the product, not just basic stuff, ... but there is a difference between USA and Europe where by law manufacturers are obligated to put every bit of info about ingredients they put into their products. As for Michigan, this label somewhat complies with Michigan's Cottage Food Law label requirements where manufacturer is not obligated to list even nutrition info, mind even thinking about preservatives, emulsifiers, food colors, ...- Lessons learned, with Cottage Food labels, you really do not know what are you eating, ...
