Bare shelves with scattered “manager special” expired items @ 8am on Sunday. Ever since 9 Mile + Harper went in, this store has been on the decline. Only positive is the location and a handful of longtime workers. Such a disappointing loss for the neighborhood.

In self check out and asked for assistance and Cashier Melissa walked over, and said what’s the problem now.. very rude and was nice to the next customer right after me. Please hire people without the rude attitude. no one wants to spend money in a atmosphere like that do better please!!!!

This has been my favorite Kroger since I was young. I wanted to emphasize how helpful and kind all of the staff is here. The other day my boyfriend and I stopped in to get bread to make homemade croutons, and we asked the bakery if they had any stale bread we could use. The baker couldn’t find any and apologized, but it was no big deal. We were already on the other side of the store when the baker came RUNNING up to us with the perfect bag of stale bread for our croutons. He was so kind and I’m insanely impressed that he managed to track us down on the other side of the store just to give us the bread. I wish I got his name but he was so kind and helpful!!!

Doesn't seem like they stock very good, havent stocked severely items i was looking for 6 days so far. Probably need to hire more people or they are overworking those they have.

Review for Pharmacy. I made an appointment for COVID BOOSTER online, it did not ask for insurance information. I arrived to appointment early, they asked for my card, they do not bill my insurance (BC/BS) yet throughout the store it says “free vaccines” and “$20.00” of your purchases if you
vaccinate here. Nope. Lies. 😢

Store employees need to park in front of store to protect the the cashier's and customers inside from cars going through the wall just watched a customer put their car up on a handicap concrete block at the corner of the entrance to the store having the employees park in front of store will prevent customers driving through the wall on accident this car was in the air on that concrete block

Good size store, wide aisles, good selection of products. Checkout lines a reasonably short wait. Employees are mostly nice and/or helpful. This was our go-to location until the new store at 9 Mile and Harper opened, then it seemed they were always short-stocked on things and we switched.

Krogers has the worst customer service! What is the point of pick up? I thought it was to make life easier well they certainly don't do that! Every time I've ordered to have a pick up they call and tell me they need another hr well tonight they needed two hrs! First they said an hr then my husband went up to get the groceries then they say it's not even half way done they'll need another hr! Are you kidding me! How is this making my life easier when I'm in a pinch! This is ridiculous then they can only give you a $20 compensation seriously inconvenient and over priced!

Marter location is constantly under stocked. Mobility carts rarely work; on shuts off every ten feet. When reported to staff they state they know about it. Why isn't it taken out of service if you know?
