Always has been my go to kroger. I'm there every other day it seems and I keep having issues with your security system for the carts. 6 times in the last month and a half have the carts suddenly stopped at the exit because of God knows what. I've never stolen anything and i even worked in the deli when the store opened for cripes sake. Fix your crap carts kroger

To all of those in here whining about the long lines at the checkout... well... they have job postings! Be part of the solution and hire in!. :) . Problem is people don't want entry level jobs for entry level wages, they want top dollar for it. Then they complain about high grocery prices because the cost of higher wages have to be covered by higher product prices. This is not specific only to groceries, it's in every job classification, almost all of which have worker shortages right now.

No Pix!! Should have... SEAN in bottle/can return ( p.m.s ) is AMAZING. Great with Jack, kept it running so smoothly. 6 bags!!, In and Out 20min., about 10+ of us. Bins beeped full, couple?glitches. Handled all like a Boss and clean, tidy (as much as it can be).
THANKS KROGER & SEAN. Awesome Guy!!! On to Costco for theirs (we'll see) Trying to avoid Meijer, might have to go!! ?✌️?☮️✅️‼️

Literally the worst grocery store I’ve ever been to. They’re chronically understaffed and their self-scan line rivals a Russian bread line. Parking lot is disgusting and the bottle return is literally always full. It’s somehow a massive downgrade from the old 9 Mile location.

Went there on my lulnch to grab a few things. SPent close to 30 minutes clipping coupons only to get to the register and have none of them come through. The ladies at the slef checkout were amazing. Christian helped me get all my coupons and even walked out to the parking lot with a bag I had forgotten. Honeslty she is a blessing and deserves a raise. Thank you.

This location suffers due to low staffing. Unsure if this is poor scheduling on management's part or if there is greed on the corporate side, leading to labor cuts / poor wages for the staff. Either way, there are a few times I have had to leave my products in the store as I did not have enough time to wait 15-20 minutes to purchase my goods. Typically, there are 1-3 standard lanes open and one of the self-checkout areas (the one on the north side of the store) is chained off and unusable.

If you need help with anything, don't ask the cashiers or customer service. They don't want to help you. The worst customer service of any Kroger I've been to.
