This Kroger exceeded my expectations by having enough staff to open an ample number of checkout lanes to accommodate the influx of customers today. Thank you!

Good:Store layout and aisles are very spacious and wide.Typically have brands and varieties I don't see or get at smaller Kroger stores.Prices are good and competitive and Boost membership well worth it for my needs. Most cashiers are friendly and frequently give you the benefit of the doubt when it comes to coupon discrepancies.Bad:They never staff enough cashiers and you're frequently lined up down the aisles for +15-20 minutes. There are hardly any baggers, so cashiers have to pull double-duty and bag your order once they've finished scanning it, lengthening your checkout time, unless you offer to help and bag your own groceries. This store frequently sells beers / beverages that charge you deposit but can't be returned by their machines. If you take these empties to the Customer Service / Lottery counter, they get real pissy at you.Ugly:Bottle return room is disgusting and machines frequently require attention with no attendant in sight. Smell is awful and the floors are so sticky.Somehow some troublemakers made a scene in the store and now they have an automatic gate and guard permanently installed at the entrance. Sadly unheard of for this area, you won't see these at other surrounding Kroger stores.

Self checkout is horrifying. Big pain the last 3 times I went here. Scanners lock up every other item. Will not go back until they hire more humans to check out the customers.

The 5 stars is for Brandon the grocery clerk! You are great and I hope Kroger recognizes that as well, through their actions, by promoting you. You exemplified the traits of a General Manager at the very least. Hopefully, Keith puts in a good word for you!

Love the deals at Kroger. I warn you do not try to return bottles at this location, go anywhere else.

Visiting from Ohio. Store is quite large. Aisles are great size. Fresh fruit and vegetable selection was very good. Plenty of check out lanes open although I did self checkout and had no waiting.

I don't like the bait and switch they use to get you to buy things. I went to purchase cherries. The price on the price tag said 4.99 per pound. I purchased a bag of cherries I got at the registered, and it was 2 pounds in every bag and 8.00 dollars if you didn't have a Krogers card. I had to pay $ 16.00 for something that they price tag said 4.99 per pound. How was I to measure 1 pound and what to do with the other pound in the bag that I touched. That means if you wanted 1 pound for 4.99, you would have to put your hands in a bag to remove the unwanted cherries with your hands. With all the Cov.19 and other things going around. It's like, really, I wouldn't have done that before Cov.19. The tag on the stand should have said 16.00 for 2 pounds of cherries without the Krogers card and 10 dollars per 2 pounds bags with the Krogers card. Maybe I should walk around the store eating the other 1 pound. Then I tell lost prevention. I didn't want 2 pounds, I only wanted 1 pound. I'm eating the other pound to help people from catching Cov.19 and other diseases from my fingers. So, instead of arresting me, they should've given me an award for helping them stop people from catching diseases by touching all the cherries just to get 1 pound.

I think they're having a hard time keeping up but also the prices are wrong today. In the frozen food aisle you can look to see the lean cuisine singles say 5 for $10 and the lays single packs say $8.99 for 16-20 counts right next to the 18 pack productwhich i bought. None of those ring up the listed price. I wanted to check the app during check out to see if i made a mistakeand required a digital cupon and the app was malfunctioning. It wouldn't even tell me prices while i was shopping. Someone tears off the price tags all over the place so i needed too but i couldn't. The lean cuisines at regular price are $3.79 and $3.99. Im not sure about the $3.79 but that's close. I grabbed 6 lean cuisines which makes a dfference of more than $9 and then the chips were about $2 different so it cameout to a minimum of $11 wrong. I finally got help froman associate. She gave me $6 off and ran offseemingly very busy. She was very busy. I realized immediately that didn't seem correct. I think she meant well but the price was atleast $5 too high still. I used to like this Kroger but its become onef the worst. I used to like Kroger in general but not really anymore. Im really starting to become a Walmart guy. Or meijer. Meijer used to be expensive and now their prices are often cheaper than Kroger.

Not the first time i’ve gotten home to find out items bought here are bad. I’ve learned i need to check expiration dates of everything i put in my cart at this store, i have found way too many expired items on their shelves. The ravioli in this photo should be good for another two weeks according to the date, but must have been stored at an improper temp for too long. Spoiled or wilted produce is the norm here, and the amount of trash outside is shameful, specifically around the rows of carts. This store was built to replace the old store down the street, but it has been very poorly kept since the first week it was open, it is clear that management does not care.

Train your cashiers better! It's beyond frustrating when I go into your store to get my baby a can of formula, using my Similac Rewards so that it will be cheaper (if you didn't know, formula is fricken expensive!) And not only does nobody know how to do it, they literally act and look at me like I'm a criminal for even attempting it! Beyond ridiculous. There has never been an occasion that I've tried using my Similac Rewards where they didn't give me a hard time! Makes me not even want to shop here anymore.

The store/ parking lot is always so dirty, hard to get good produce there. Stuff is always out of stock. The older lady up front with the red vest is very rude and disrespectful to customers.

This store is always out of multiple items. They've Cancel my order at the last minute more than once. They're slow and will NOT answer the phone. Items that I received have been past the due date and even moldy. Produce is rotten by the next day and since they don't answer the phone, customer service is nonexistent.....but hey, since there's no (large-scale) competition nearby, they have no incentive to improve. If I could give a negative 5 stars, I DEFINITELY WOULD!!!

Mediocre inventory control. Constantly out of products that are in stock at surrounding Kroger locations. The deli is subpar. I specifically asked for one product, and they started preparing a different product. Then, a few days later at 2:30pm on a Saturday, they are just opening the deli counter and therefore cannot prepare anything for customers. Might have to find a different grocery store. Seems Kroger around me are slipping.
