There is no option for -ve stars, the just do a lousy job and expect you to just take it as is, when you find multiple problems the will ask you to bring it back, in all I had to take my car back thrice...

Our Acadia was involved in a parking lot incident requiring body work to the rear lift gate. Lochmoor was the most reasonable quote I received and they were able to turn it around in two and a half days, which included dent repair and painting. Very convenient to the GP, SCS, and other Eastside locations. Rick was great to work with. Highly recommended!

I got three quotes for a 4 foot-long scratch that covered three panels on my car. Lochmoor's quote came in at the middle of the 3, but I went with them because they were recommended by a friend whose husband owns an auto shop (that doesn't do body work), so I knew they were good. Rick was very helpful and friendly. But more than that--The work his guys did was amazing! I can't even tell where the scratch was--it looks new! The paint was matched perfectly the pinstriping was aligned exactly. Plus they buffed out the scratch on the other side of my car at no charge. I will definitely be back again if my car ever needs bodywork again!!

I got my car back very dusty inside and damage in the bumper when i told the owner he was very upset telling me that didnt happen there I said yes it did he started to raise his voice , I have my 2 grandkids with me
