I've been taking our cars here for a couple of years now. Bill and Steve are trustworthy and will give you an honest assessment of the work your vehicle needs and will charge a reasonable price to complete the repair. My vehicle had an issue that the dealership would've charged several hundred dollars more to repair. Steve called me after they diagnosed the problem and gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and the costs before proceeding.
I highly recommend Mack Alger for all your auto maintenance and repair needs.

From out of town and needed some work done. They got the job done quickly for less than I expected. Steve really worked with me to get it done as quickly as possible and communicated with me the whole time. Above and Beyond. Highly Recommend this shop!

So my daughter was on her way to work when she noticed a light on her dash board and called me, I'm away on business so I told her to come here she wasn't sure where to go,she asked a worker getting out of a blue truck who had his lunch if he could help her he said yes 1 minute. When he came back out he said it was a tire light, she said he fixed the light checked the rest of the tires and topped her washer fluid for her. She didn't get his name but I thought it was a very nice thing to do for my daughter as his lunch sat getting cold...

My 2002 jeep needed quite a bit of work, front wheel bearings, muffler was shot, tail pipe had fallen off and power steering had a bad leak. When they finished, I felt like I was driving a new car. I would trust them with any vehicle when they can make a 2002 jeep ride and handle this well.
