I don’t even know how to start this because I’ve never done this before. My phone screen broke on my phone and I got a new one and have activated my last couple phones myself with no issues. This time I could not get a verification code because my screen was broke so I had to go to a metro store. I do not know the guys name that was working that day. I told him my situation and just wanted to get my number activated on new phone. He told me this was not possible and I Had to get a new number. Which is a big deal when you’ve had the same number for 20 years and need it for a lot of things. I asked him 3 times if he was absolutely sure I could not keep my number and was told it was impossible. So I had to get a new number and account and also purchase a new SIM card that he never switched out anyways. I got home and called customer service and this lady was amazing and she got me my old number back in 30 minutes. But now my phones shut off because I’m supposed to pay the bill even though I just paid my first months bill to open the new account I was forced to open because the guy at the counter was literally too lazy to switch my number over for me. I was the only person in the store the whole time and he still couldn’t or wouldn’t just do his job. I don’t expect much but this whole situation has been a nightmare. Do not go to this store if you need anything other than making a purchase because you will waste your time. If metro doesn’t fix this extra bill they want me to pay I will probably switch providers after being with them my entire life.

Went into Metro today to get assistance with switching my phone and Travis refused to help me. And instead of helping me he help to other women that was white. Not saying he’s racist but that’s how he made me feel. I asked him several time to call customer services and he refused to do so he told me I can do it myself. Poor customer service and he should not be the manager he should get fired

Customer service was okay I've been in the store many times but the last time I went I bought some accessories and ended up trying to return them of course Travis would not allow that because the box was open , how else are you going to see if you like unless you open it up and look at it it's $60 for a charger in an extra cord for the car is kind of very expensive will never go back ever again in my life

I upgraded from a Samsung A13 (An Android) to a IPhone 11 (used), I’m no spring chicken so the transition to an IPhone was rather difficult, but Steve was very helpful and patient with me.. The man deserves a raise.

Thank you Metro T-Mobile and Mr. Steve. Wonderful customer service. Amazing to see just how well this business operates. Mr. Steve got me set up on a plan and saved a lot of money. Had a small issue and he called me right back. Awesome. Results! Steve even came and brought me a cold water while activating my phone. Perfect

Repaired my Samsung 8+ phone for about $170 ($100 less than other places), they did a great job appearance wise but the camera rattles a little and it's out of focus slightly, also the volume buttons dont work or the features at the bottom. This was a brand new phone that cracked because I had a knife in my pocket so I kept it lying around and I know it was fine beforehand. I don't plan on taking it back in.inguess you
