“I called Next Chapter Moving Company LLC after reaching out to several other moving companies. Some never answered or returned my call, and another company (Norwood Moving Co.) initially responded by text but then stopped replying when I was trying to finalize the booking.
Thankfully, Dustin, the owner of Next Chapter Moving, called me back within minutes of me leaving a voicemail. I needed help the very next day—which happened to be a Sunday—and he made it happen.
From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were absolute gentlemen. Dustin even remembered to bring the carpet protection I had specifically requested, which I really appreciated.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They made what could have been a stressful day so much easier. I would absolutely use Next Chapter Moving again and honestly wouldn’t even consider calling another moving company. Highly recommend!”
“i have never hired movers before, but i could not be more satisfied with my experience with two guys and a truck! it was easy to book, they check in before your move date to make sure everything is accurate, and the move itself was great. our movers, tshaun, eligha, and al were INCREDIBLE! it was already 80 degrees by 8 am this morning (!!!) and they remained hard-working, kind, and diligent throughout the whole process. they were incredibly efficient and effective. thank u so much to them for the help!!!”

“Our experience with Grosse Pointe Moving was outstanding in all aspects. The quoting process went very well with Zak and Kyle and the video conferencing was extremely helpful. The day of the move started out rainy but our crew arrived on time, to Canton, MI. They were efficient and careful with all our furniture and nothing was damaged (my grandma's cedar chest came through in perfect condition, and there wasn't a mark on any of the walls). We couldn't have asked for more from Nick and the crew and we were extremely happy at the end of the day. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and our real estate agent.
