Ok location when have no questions to ask about products. Employees other than mgr and assistant mgr (displayed on uniform) tend to get irritated and frustrated.when asked.

Went into the store today 11/13/24 and asked the female store clerk that I would like a price check on a part for my car. The clerk asked me for the make and model of my car along with the description of the part that I need. I didn't know the exact motor size, and with a smat ass question, she said you don't know the size of the motor? The car only was built with 2 sizes of motors and It shouldn't make any difference on the motor size. After she looked the part up she gave me a price quote of the part is $90.00. So being on a budget i said I could get it less on amazon. After that, she went off on me and told me there's she's sick of people coming in the store and telling her they could probably get a cheaper on amazon. Then I told her that customer services is the wrong job for her to work in. Then she told me it's not the job for me to work in. I then told her, I'm retired and she just lost a loyal customer.

went to check on parts for my vehicle saturday morning...asked how she was doing ''no response''..right away'''what do you need..blank look on her face ..no smile ..by far rude and short with major attitude ..will not return to that store again

Don was super rude, brought in a battery to test the charge & waited around as he argued with the guy in front of me. He asked a question about the battery & I told him it was a marine battery and he acted like I was stupid for answering HIS question.**not to mention the sheer annoyance of me even being there in the first place**

I never have issues when I go into this store, EXCEPT when that one lady is working in the mornings, she is SO rude every time, it's like I'm bothering her to look up parts for my truck. I'm never rude, I always politely ask for what I need and sometimes I even know the part numbers, and she still has an attitude. Never had any issue with anyone else who worked there but her. Please do something about her, O'Reillys!

2 miles further because the autozone near me have emplyees that act like it's an inconvenience to help me.

Store is a joke Don the manager may buy a different set of brake pads because they didn’t have the ones I had in stock no more going to swap them out. He tells me you don’t have al A set of brake pads under warranty now very unprofessional, lazy and disrespectful as could be pleased. If I could give this thing zero stars, I would do not waste your money in the store in Saint Clair Shores on Harper.

I had to put oil in my car in the parking lot before I picked up my son at 330. My car isn't the greatest right now but it's getting my son to school. I didn't have my wallet. I bought the oil from here. My son's dad used to go there all the time and he passed away in January. I thought I could go inside and ask if they had a funnel, a paper one maybe I can put the transmission fluid in as well that I bought from this store. I was very polite and asked the woman and called her ma am. She was so rude and said No, I do for 1.25$. I asked if I can use the plastic one they let people use sometimes and she immediately took her phone out started sticking up like she wanted to record me. I don't even know why. I wasn't rude or bossy. I don't understand why she tried being so cruel. But I feel like she discriminate against me for the color of my skin. I feel like she judge me because I was white.
