Called on the phone to see how much printing was, I was quoted .20 cents per page. I get there and they charge me 1.00 for just black and white pretty outrageous

Used for packing and shipping some auction items as an out of state buyer. Amazing service provided. Quick communication and art was packaged so well to prevent any damage during shipment. Would highly recommend and no reservations about using again.

I would give these people 10 stars if I could. They worked with me a number of times over a two-year period on a variety of shipments across the country as I worked through my aunt's estate. They shipped everything from Hummels to luggage to sentimental documents to furniture and even a chandelier! I packed some items myself, they packed others, and they even came to the house to pick up the furniture. Everything arrived on-time and undamaged. On top of everything else, the entire staff was kind and considerate as well as being helpful and efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone needing to ship anything to anywhere from the St. Clair Shores area. Pak Mail staff (especially Melanie) were all tremendous and I couldn't have done what I needed to get done without them!

Why sell insurance for items and not honour it? My husband and I have reason to believe that the Samsung smart watch we shipped through pak mail SCS location was stolen!!The envelope was ripped open by the time it reached Richmond, and he tried calling the Saint Clair Shores location several times, and received no answer!! This is not how you do business!!! Your corporate policy is questionable regarding your insurance policy you shipped our package first class!!!Why? Photos of open envelope will be posted, soon.

Any business that plasters propaganda on their window claiming abortion rights allow babies to be born and then killed, has lost all sense of reality and sanity and shouldn’t be allowed to vote, let alone handle customer mail. What’s next? Refusing to handle Democratic mail because Dems are all “satanists”? No one should trust a business that circulates dangerous falsehoods and obvious conspiracy theories.

I was so impressed. They came to my Dads house to pack up the items I needed shipped to another state. Very professional and I enjoyed working with them. All my stuff arrived in perfect condition. Pricing was very reasonable. I know because I called several places. Thank you so much!!

Pak-Mail was referred to me by The Great Frame Up (David & Jade), a local shop doing great work on custom art framing & matting- as well as a small art gallery; they do not ship art work - they told me about Pak-Mail, located a mile from our home- (We have an artist in family)- I contacted Pak-Mail, and spoke with Melanie, she was most helpful, then drove there and met with Derek Schienke, he and his father Werner, have owned & operated the business for many years now- All wonderful people to do business with- frankly- I didn't know they were there - and I wish I had prior! They specialize in furniture, art and other shipping needs- with direct UPS & FedEx pickup from their store- as well as almost any kind of box and material, supplies you may need to ship on your own- at better rates than office supply stores- we had to ship a delicate item to California; Derek prepared the item for shipment, boxed and UPS shipped it, via UPS ground- a long journey by ground. We received a message from our friend in CA., and he was absolutely delighted with how well the item was packaged, how professional it was done: and how safe it arrived because of this- Pak-Mail pricing is very fair & competitive, the service First Rate, and NICE people- We have found our Go-To business for shipping & materials- great Job, Good Work & Fair Prices- Win-Win for All- Cheer's & Thank You-
