Love this location for products but mostly for their grooming! I have a 3 year old pit bull who’s almost completely blind but a sweetheart! Danielle and Jessica both do a wonderful job with her! She’s always excited when I tell her it’s time to go get pretty! I couldn’t ask for a better grooming squad! That’s what keeps me coming back and the entire staff in the store is always friendly and acknowledges us every time we come in!

The young lady behind the register was extremely friendly and helpful. Store was clean and a lot of available products. Great variety of products also. If I lived closer, I would shop here regularly.

All the groomers are pretty amazing at what they do. They’re great with my rotten dog. All other staff always very helpful and knowledgeable.

It was good and with a couple of tweaks it could be great. Needs paper sheets to wrap the specialty cookies for dogs so they don’t stick together also bring back the dollar treat bin.

Been to this store here and there for my dogs’ treats and dog food and usually have a good experience, but I had an especially awesome one yesterday with Will! He came and helped get me a really high huge bag of dog food that was of course the absolute last one of my dogs’ brand and protein, covered by 5 other bags on the top shelf. I felt so terrible asking anyone to grab it for me cause it was so high up and buried! But Will was beyond happy to get it for me, and with a big smile the whole time. He was SO polite, helpful and kind! A wonderful employee with an awesome energy. I will definitely come back to this location. Thank you again so much Will!! :)

Great place to go to get food for dogs and cats that have food allergies. The girl that's was working recommended Redford natural for my dog and she loves it. She never got sick from this food. I love it!! Thank you pet supplies plus!!!

Usually the dog wash isn’t bad but today we came in and it was FILTHY. When the door wall was up still it somewhat seemed more maintained than it has been since they installed the gate. You would think with the increase in the cost of washes it would include better service. Really disappointed.

Wonderful experience today from helping me with picking out new cat food good quality but lesser money, to helping with getting a new collar for my dog, to getting his nails done stopping in, and help with new dog id tag everyone was so kind and helpful ❤️
