I have a nervous Black Lab, Nala, who has been groomed at this location for years. When Nala gives me trouble entering the store, an employee always assists.My Nala was very ill last October. We almost lost her. When I shared this with Summer, Nala's favorite groomer, Summer treated Nala to a de-shed package, no charge. The store also gave my pup a Bakery item as a special gift.Great group of employees at the Greater Mack SCS store!

This is one of the best Pet Supplies Plus stores! The employees are always friendly, helpful and willing to assist you. It is easy in and out, the parking is free (rare in this area!) and the in-store shopping and curbside pick-up are all wonderful. They work really hard! In fact, there are other stores relatively the same distance, but none as all around positive as this one!

This store was clean but small. Kinda off the beaten path as far as location. It's off to the side on a road that is adjacent to the main road, and if you didn't know it was there, you would pass it by. The parking lot is small too. Staff was not that attentive and didn't even ask me if I needed help when I clearly was going up and down the ilses kinda lost. This location does not sell fish for tanks, except a few Beta fish, which I found odd. That was my main reason for going there. Overall, I give it 3 stars. It has the potential to be better, IMO.

The Best pet Supplies Plus. Staff is friendly knowledgeable and they make it a very pleasant place to shop. Very clean too! Well stocked and always willing to assist!

The Cashier's aren't FRIENDLY or Professional. When I entered the store the Cashier's were talk ing to EACHOTHER. No GREETING was done. I felt very not welcomed to this store location. Store Location St.clair Shores.

Stopped in for a self-service bath for my German shepherd. Love the layout of the tub area, east to get to all parts of my dog to wash,brinsea and dry. All the shampoo and towels and other stuff you need. And all for $14.00
