Madeline went above and beyond!! I went there for a personal loan and then ended up opening a bank account here because she was so amazing and helpful. My cousin been going here since before they were PNC and has been very happy with the services and I am very happy that I'm going to be able to make it such a great place with such great people

Worst bank in the world I’ll be going back to Huntington bank. They deserve 0 stars definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to bank with pnc.

Make your atm access wider I just scraped half my truck trying to squeeze into that little space. Just had my truck repainted. You guys mine as well work out of a house.

Madison was so patient and kind. I don’t bank with PNC and had a slight issue that she resolved, along with the assistant manager. Her diligence and professionalism helped ease my nerves. I appreciate excellent customer service❤️

I have a checking account and a savings account with this branch. I had a payment to DTE for $133.02 declined on July 12, 2024. Called customer service on July 18, 2024 when I received the notice from DTE. The person I spoke with barely spoke English and put me on hold 3 times. She told me they have no record of the declined payment. I called back about a hour later and spoke with another person explained to her my problem. She said there's no record of the decline in their system. Same run around I got from the first person I spoke with. Went in the branch on Harper in St. Clair Shores this morning (7/22/24) spoke with No Masia B. I explained my problem she called someone on the phone and they told her the had no record of the decline. She proceeded to tell me it was a DTE problem and not PNC. She also told me I should have used my debit card. I explained to her that had nothing to do with the decline. I will be closing my accounts and go to a bank that I have faith in and has some integrity. It certainly not PNC.

Lisa, the assistant manager, was so helpful and kind. Despite our more complex situation she took the opportunity to learn and ensure we left satisfied. Her customer service was phenomenal and I will be making any future appointments for my banking needs with her. PNC is so lucky to have a great employee such as herself!

This bank is a complete scam. I went here through a special loan program for low income families and it was the most terrible experience of my life. The realtor that was suggested advise for me not to get a scope done on my pipes. A few months later I needed a loan to get them cleared out. The mortgage end didn't inform me as a "first time buyer" that my taxes would go up after a few years of being here. When I say go up, they went from $114 to almost $300. I'm a single mother that worked hard to achieve the goal of owning my own home and these people took advantage of me a customer of over six or seven years. They do not value loyalty of their customers. They only value the money that they make off of them. Even the low income families that they serve. The city where I live of only two years had more compassion and sympathy for me than them. The representative even told me this happens all of the time to first home buyers. Very dissatisfied as a long time customer and I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general. I think it is wrong how you treat your loyal customers that are trusting their money with your bank. Be weary of this bank.

We had an excellent experience and wanted to commend Mo'NASIA for an amazing hour representing P*N*C and OPENING an Account. After being disgusted and asking myself WHY I STAY at Huntington ( easy: the 1 Day Grace ) and 1. no call back -though they stated they saw call to Branch 2. BadAttitude and you're NO Lady Gaga 3. RUUUUUDE 4. 5 attempts in last 6mos to simply go IN with Daughter, Open Account for $ she has earned and is SaVING and 5. apparently someone of some stature came out to listen to the exchange (Where I calmly but assertively asked THEN WHEN ? WHEN can we do Business) I left. But that's another review. M'Nasia is incredible. Well-versed on products (accounts) , professional, spoke directly to my daughter as well and just EXCELLENT. THANK YOU!!!
