Storage unit was good. I never had a problem coming in or going. I just didn’t understand why the prices are going up so often it really just Became unaffordable for me
The four stars is not for the service its for the lack of communication of increase because my income wasn’t going up, but this monthly price was going up But for Service and the people that helped me when I came in deserves a five star
I’ve been with you over three years and it would’ve been nice to have a locked in price thank you

I’ve had the best experience at Premium Self Storage so far. Keri in the office is an absolutely phenomenal resource who made the process so enjoyable. I have rented storage units locally and Premium Self Storage has the best customer service, clean facilities, lights in the units, and easily accessible units. If you’re looking for a low maintenance, reliable storage solution with a company where a real person answers the phone and is friendly and helpful - check them out!!!

Keri earned an A+ grade. Minutes prior, my wife and I received zero service at the competitor across the street where the attendant declared she was “on lunch until 2:07” and directed us to wait in our car. We then found Premium Self Storage across the street where Keri was the exact opposite of the nonsense we had just encountered; Keri was friendly, kind, and helpful. Highly recommended!
