Everything was straight forward and easy from signing up to cancelling my storage unit. Staff was knowledgeable about their policies and different units. Easy to view empty units to see what size fits best. Would definitely use again.

I had a unit here for several years. I moved out when I no longer needed the unit due to a lifestyle change. I came by recently to drop off a UPS package. I was delighted to see that Keri Moore and Sean Duncan were still running this location. They have always been very helpful when I needed something. But more than that, they are very friendly and personable. At a time when it’s difficult to get good service anywhere, it’s refreshing to see that some people are still willing to go the extra mile. If I need some storage in the future I will definitely use this location.

I have rented from many storage companies over the years and this facility has the whole package - clean, safe and secure with inside load/unload and bathroom available on site. But the management team of Sean and Keri are what set it apart for me - they really care about their renters and work hard to make sure we have storage that fits our needs at its most affordable.

Very solid storage facility. Easy in and out, friendly staff, very self service place. Only bummer is no available bathrooms.. ..at least I wasn't aware of any.

Keri and Sean are the best. They are both always extremely pleasant and professional, they remember your name and why you are doing business with them (this is very important to me). The customer service you receive is excellent. The facility is always very clean and user friendly. I am very pleased and always refer individuals and businesses to them.

I've been using this facility for a few years now, and it has consistently been clean. Also, the staff is always helpful, courteous, and accommodating. Excellent customer service!

We have used this facility for many years. The one in St Clair Shores has fabulous employees, there is a consistency among them, and they know who you are. If we ever need a storage unit again, we will definitely come here.

First Storage Unit I ever had. Staff is kind, helpful, and accommodating. Facilities are clean, well kept, temperature controlled, and monitored. Well laid out with covered unloading facilities, multiple carts, and two large elevators.Highly Recommend!

Great price, temp controlled, access restricted, office staff super nice and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised.Only suggestion would be for the garage to have signs posted to turn off your vehicle. Some idiot was texting with his van running in the closed garage and I actually had to ask his to turn it off cause I was getting light headed.

Had a unit here for about 2 years, and everyone was great. The facility is really secure and easy to navigate, and the employees were always very nice and helpful. If you need a storage u it, this is a great place!
